Federal agent alleges U.S. misconduct, cover-up in Bundy Ranch trial

A federal investigator is alleging prosecutors in the Bundy Ranch standoff trial covered up misconduct by law enforcement agents who engaged in "likely policy, ethical and legal violations."

In an 18-page memo to the Assistant U.S. Attorney General, Special Agent Larry Wooten said he "routinely observed ... a widespread pattern of bad judgment, lack of discipline, incredible bias, unprofessionalism and misconduct" among agents involved in the 2014 armed standoff.

He said his investigation indicated federal agents engaged in excessive force, civil rights and policy violations.

Time for the GOP to rally to President Trump and the agenda that won 2016

As evidenced by the outcomes of both the Virginia gubernatorial race and the Alabama Senate special election, no matter what, Democrat voters are going to be extremely motivated in 2018 to take back Congress.

For, this is no time to panic.

Instead, it is time for Republicans to rally to President Trump and the agenda that won the election in 2016. That is, cut taxes, repeal Obamacare, appoint conservative judges, get better trade deals, slash regulations, curb illegal immigration and build the southern border wall. Also, no bad deals on DACA amnesty. The wall is not enough; chain migration has to be ended.

US Customs Turns To Private Contractor To Fill Gap In Border Agents

U.S. President Donald Trump has ordered Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to hire 5,000 new Border Patrol agents. CBP, in turn, awarded a $297 million contract to a private contracting company to help recruit and hire new agents, RT reported.

The contract is with a division of Accenture, an international contractor with $35 billion in revenues in 2017, according to the San Diego Union-Tribune...

With a mandate from President Donald Trump to hire 5,000 new Border Patrol agents, Customs and Border Protection awarded a $297 million contract to a private company to help recruit and hire the new agents and other workers. The contract with a division of Accenture, an international professional services corporation with $35 billion in revenues in 2017, comes at a time when the Border Patrol is struggling to meet minimum staffing levels mandated by Congress and is losing more agents per year than it hires.

COLOGNE OFFICIALS TO COMBAT NYE SEX ATTACKS WITH 'TOLERANCE' WRISTBANDS

The city of Cologne has announced they will be handing out "respect" wristbands to encourage understanding between individuals on New Year's Eve and prevent the kind of sex attacks that occurred in 2015. The wristbands are part of a new campaign called "respect" which is sponsored by the city government and controversial Cologne Mayor Henriette Reker. Many have slammed Reker and the campaign on social media likening it to comments she made shortly after the 2015 attacks calling on women to keep men at "arm's length", Kronen Zeitung reports.

At a press conference, Reker said that the campaign would focus on telling people not to sexually attack others or shoot fireworks at individuals, buildings or police. The wristbands themselves are meant to inform others to be respectful when approaching the wearer and prevent potential sex attacks.

Webmaster's Commentary:

To the women of Cologne: your mayor is an absolute epic fail on this issue.

You will be better served by getting training in those martial arts classes which are still legal, buying personal protection which is still legal, and travelling in groups when you are outside your work environment.

Only when immigrant males understand that you are not to be messed with, because you actually understand how to hurt them if forced to, and badly, will they back off.

EU SUING POLAND, HUNGARY AND CZECH REPUBLIC FOR REFUSING ISLAMIC MIGRANTS

The European Union (EU) is accusing Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic of refusing to share the "burden" of allowing Muslim migrants into their countries.

On December 4 the European Commission — the governing body of the European Union that proposes legislation and implements the EU's decisions — launched "infringement procedures" against the three countries, claiming they are "in breach of their legal obligations."

The EU ruled in 2015 that 160,000 refugees be distributed throughout most member countries of the EU.

Criticism after Danish school cancels Christmas to avoid ‘preaching’ to non-Christian children

Parents of local children, education officials and leading Danish politicians have criticized a primary school after it chose to cancel the traditional Christmas service, due to the presence of students of immigrant backgrounds.

"We took the decision because we have children who are not Protestant,” Marianne Vederso Schmidt, the head of Gribskolen in Graested, a town of fewer than 5,000 people in eastern Denmark, wrote in an intranet posting earlier this month.

Schmidt noted that the decision may have been overdue, as the education law forbids preaching “and it must be left to the individual families whether they want to privately attend a service.”

‘Urine on streets and riots’: Parisians threaten hunger strike over migrant camps

Parisians are up in arms over hundreds of migrants sleeping on their streets, queuing up in long lines, day and night, while waiting for their asylum requests to be processed, and some residents say they will start a hunger strike if the unkempt street camps are not removed.

Locals in the 10 and 19th districts, located near the famous Sacré-Cœur Basilica, are urging authorities to relocate a center that processes asylum requests in northern Paris, voicing their concern over the unsanitary and unhygienic conditions migrants are forced to live in.

“We had to install this fence to protect our communal parking from liters and liters of urine – this obviously cost money. And this was the only solution we came up with, but it is not sufficient,” Oscar, a concerned resident, told RT.

German intel chief: Islamic radical numbers are growing

The head of Germany’s domestic intelligence agency says the number of Islamic radicals is growing and becoming increasingly difficult to keep under surveillance as recruiting efforts move underground.

Hans-Georg Maassen said in comments released Sunday that the number of adherents of Salafist ideology rose to 10,800 from 9,700 a year ago. Salafists believe in a fundamentalist interpretation of Islam, though are not necessarily violent.

He says they’ve reduced street recruiting and radicalization in mosques and larger groups in favor of “small conspiratorial circles, primarily on the internet.” Maassen says “this is a particular challenge” for his office.

Fake News: UK, U.S. Slip Down ‘Good Country’ Rankings… Run By a Globalist Group Pushing for ‘International’ Elections

Maybe you’ve seen the reports in the Guardian, the Times, the International Business Times, the Independent, Huffington Post, Russia Today, and the Irish Times about Brexit Britain and Trump’s America sliding down the “Good Country Index” rankings this year.

The study alleges that these nations are losing credibility as good international actors. But what the news reports don’t make clear is what the “Good Country Index” is, who it was started by, and what it hopes to achieve.

Simon Anholt — an honorary professor at the University of East Anglia — has made quite a career out of the platform, the criteria for which includes global co-operation on climate change, open border immigration, United Nations contributions, the number of refugees taken in, and international aid contributions.

EU Prez Juncker: ‘Sleeping Beauty’ Lisbon Treaty Led to Joint European Union Army

The European Commission president has praised the “sleeping beauty” of the Lisbon treaty for helping bring about the creation of a “European Defense Force,” or European Union (EU) Army.
The treaty was initially called the “European Constitution,” before being repackaged as the Lisbon treaty after being rejected in referendums in France and the Netherlands in 2005. Ireland later rejected the treaty but was forced to vote again until they accepted it.

Today, president Jean-Claude Junker admitted that the shady document was indeed a vehicle for the creation of institutions needed to move toward a European superstate.

In a statement, he linked the treaty to the Permanent Structured Cooperation deal (PESCO), signed by 23 member states in November, agreeing to kick-start the EU army by committing to integrate armed forces, boost in common defence spending, and establish a joint headquarters.

Nationality-free Utopia: A "United States of Europe" by 2025?

German Foreign Minister Zigmar Gabriel has supported the initiative of the head of the Social Democratic Party (SPD) Martin Schultz on the creation of the United States of Europe by 2025.

Last Thursday Schultz called for deepening European integration and by 2025 to form the United States of Europe. The politician will present to the EU members an agreement for ratification. Those countries that do not agree with this document, in his opinion, should withdraw from the association.

German FM approved the idea, stressing that its implementation will allow Europe to better "represent the interests of citizens" in the world. "This is really necessary," he said.

Welcome To The Hell Hole That Is Brussels

When then-candidate Donald Trump noted in January 2016 that, thanks to mass immigration, Brussels was turning into a hell hole, Belgian and European politicians presented a united front at the (media) barricades: How dare he say such a thing? Brussels, capital of the European Union, the very quintessence of the post-modern world, the avant-garde of the coming new "global civilization," a hell hole? Of course assimilating newcomers is not always easy, and there may be friction from time to time. But never mind, they said: Trump is a buffoon, and anyway, he has zero chance of getting elected. Such were the thoughts of those avid readers of The New York Times International Edition and regular watchers of CNN International.

How broke Berlin is creaking under the strain of surge in population

The heavily indebted German capital has been on an austerity drive for the last 15 years, leaving some public services in a shamble.

While its lush parks and relatively low cost of living make the city an attractive place to call home, encounters with city authorities are often a different story.

As the last revellers stagger out of the clubs at 5.00 am and road sweepers begin doing their rounds, Alichan Terbulatov has already been queueing for hours outside the civil service office of central Berlin's Mitte district.

"It's a total farce. I got here at one in the morning" to get a birth certificate, the father of three told AFP.

BIG LIST OF GOP LAWMAKERS WHO WANT TO SAVE OBAMA'S AMNESTY

A group of 34 House Republicans are pressuring Speaker Paul Ryan to give a Christmas present to the roughly 800,000 young people who entered the country illegally and were granted special status by former President Obama’s DACA program.

DACA stands for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, a policy enacted in 2012 by a stroke of Obama’s pen.

At the time, most Republicans derided the policy as unconstitutional while Democrats championed it as the right thing to do for children brought to the United States illegally by a parent “through no fault of their own.”

Now, 34 GOP House members have come out of the shadows and seen the light of Obama’s policy, and they want it codified by Christmas, according to a letter they sent to Ryan on Dec. 5.

But there’s a movement afoot to call the 34 to account.

Plane with deportees lands in Africa and then returns to US without dropping off Somalis

A plane with deportees to Somalia, including at least four from Minnesota, returned to the United States on Friday after a stop in Senegal that authorities said did not go according to plan.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement said in a statement that a flight with 92 deportees headed back after a refueling and pilot exchange stop in Dakar. As the plane landed in Dakar, ICE was notified that relief crew members were not able to get enough rest because of issues with their hotel, and the plane remained parked at the airport to allow the relief crew time to rest.

“Various logistical options were explored, and ultimately ICE decided to reschedule the mission to Somalia and return to the United States with all 92 detainees,” said the statement from the agency.

Obama blocked deportation of 550,000 illegals, more than Atlanta's population

U.S. immigration officials have revealed that they face a deportation backlog of 550,000 illegal immigrants who were given temporary amnesty by former President Obama or simply let off the hook by liberal judges.

The massive backlog is being tackled by Immigration and Customs Enforcement, but the sheer numbers — bigger than the populations of Atlanta or Sacramento -- is overwhelming the agency’s enforcement and removal department.

US Immigration and Customs Enforcement Faces Lawsuit Over Biometric Data Collection

Washington D.C. – On Tuesday two organizations filed suit against the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement for failing to release records related to the agency’s use of devices to gather biometric data from immigrants. ‘Refugee quotas are nonsense’: Poland, Hungary & Czech Republic ready to fight Brussels in court

Hungary, Poland and the Czech Republic have defended their sovereign “right” to reject EU-imposed refugee quotas after the European Commission referred the “breach of their legal obligations” to the European Court of Justice.

The EU introduced migrant quotas in September 2015. It was conceived as a temporary emergency scheme to relocate some 160,000 refugees across the bloc's 28 member-states, in order to help Greece and Italy who were suffocating from a refugee influx. At the time, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia voted against the relocation mechanism, with Budapest and Prague refusing outright to accept the EU-mandated number of refugees. Poland also declined to take in its share of immigrant quotas.

Flynn Case Highlights Deep Political Corruption of US Security Services

Both phone calls took place after the American election. Neither had anything to do with possible collusion regarding the election.

The Flynn case is also a prime example of how the American security services have been politically corrupted, but it is unlikely that Mueller will have any interest in that aspect of the case as the investigation itself has become little more than a political witch hunt in which the Washington-New York Establishment is seeking to explain why its candidate lost in November.

Palestinians call 'days of rage' over US Jerusalem move

Protests broke out in the Gaza Strip in response to US President Donald Trump's decision to recognise Jerusalem as Israel's capital, as Palestinian leaders called for three days of rage against the move.

Hundreds of Palestinians took to the streets in Gaza City on Wednesday, carrying banners denouncing Trump, hours ahead of his declaration that will also see the US embassy move from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.

The declaration comes amid global condemnation of the decision.

Speaking to Al Jazeera from Gaza, Hamas leader Ismail Haniya described Trump's decision as a "flagrant aggression".

"This decision is an uncalculated gamble that will know no limit to the Palestinian, Arab and Muslim reaction," he said.

EU INFIGHTING: Brussels to SUE three member states for refusing to host asylum seekers

The European Commission, which is led by Jean-Claude Juncker, is believed to be stepping up a legal case against the trio after they declined to shelter asylum seekers.

All three countries have also refused to take in any refugees under the bloc’s mandatory quota scheme, disputing the fact it was adopted by a qualified majority vote and citing security concerns.

Despite a drop in the number of refugees seeking asylum in Europe following tighter border controls and a range of EU-funded projects to discourage migration to Europe, the three Eastern European countries have maintained their hardline stance against allowing more migrants to settle.

International financiers and political puppets in Western AND Eastern countries share a deep rooted ideology called "globalism" or the "new world order." SWEDEN: MIGRANT WHO PARTICIPATED IN 20-MAN GANG RAPE OF WOMAN TELLS POLICE IT WAS “FUN”

The migrants smashed the woman’s head against the staircase, knocking her unconscious, as well as threatening her with a knife.
The migrants laughed and filmed the scene on their cellphones as the attack unfolded. During a police interview, one of the attackers said the entire ordeal was a “fun joke” to the men.

APNewsBreak: Border arrests plunge, deportation arrests soar

The Border Patrol made 310,531 arrests during the fiscal year that ended Sept. 30, a decline of 25 percent from 415,816 a year earlier and the lowest level since 1971. Despite the significant decline, border arrests increased every month since May — largely families and unaccompanied children.

“ICE will no longer exempt any class of removable alien from potential enforcement activity,” Thomas Homan, the acting director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, told reporters during a briefing Tuesday. “In other words, officers are empowered to do their sworn duty to enforce the law as it was written.”

ICE, whose officers pick up people for deportation, made 143,470 arrests, an increase of 25 percent from 114,434 a year earlier. After Trump took office, ICE arrests surged 40 percent from the same period a year earlier.
