Charlie Daniels: America in Throes of a Bloodless Revolution

Our founders, by virtue of the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and other federal papers, tried to set up our government to include checks and balances to prevent any one person or group from accumulating enough power to become a dictatorial entity – free elections, limits on presidential terms of office, and so on.

They gave us three branches of government: the legislative branch to create and pass legislation and limit the powers of the president, and the Supreme Court to interpret the meaning and intent of the legislative branch’s writings and have the final word on how the legislation affirmed or disaffirmed the Constitution.

Government agencies were to serve all the people equally, to give preferential treatment to none. They were never meant to be politicized for the use of the executive or any other branch to further political agendas or personal vendettas.

EXCLUSIVE: Trump says exposing ‘corrupt’ FBI probe could be ‘crowning achievement’ of presidency

President Trump in an exclusive interview with Hill.TV said Tuesday he ordered the release of classified documents in the Russia collusion case to show the public the FBI probe started as a “hoax” and that exposing it could become one of the “crowning achievements” of his presidency.

“What we’ve done is a great service to the country, really,” Trump said in a 45-minute, wide-ranging interview in the Oval Office.

“I hope to be able to call this, along with tax cuts and regulation and all the things I’ve done ... in its own way this might be the most important thing because this was corrupt,” he said.

Trump also said he regretted not firing former FBI Director James Comey immediately instead of waiting until May 2017, confirming an account his lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, gave Hill.TV earlier in the day that Trump was dismayed in 2016 by the way Comey handled the Hillary Clinton email case and began discussing firing him well before he became president.

Kavanaugh Accuser Not Ready to Speak to Senate Monday, Lawyer Says

Christine Blasey Ford, the woman accusing US Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct, will not be publicly testifying to the Senate Judiciary Committee on Monday, Ford's lawyer, Debra Katz, announced late Tuesday.

Speaking to CNN's Anderson Cooper, Ford's lawyer stressed that the FBI investigation into the allegations "should be the first step."

Senator Mazie Hirono Wants Men to ‘Just Shut Up’

As the attacks on the credibility of Christine Blasey Ford continue, and Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh repeatedly denies the allegations made against him, lawmakers are speaking out. Senator Mazie Hirono, for one, did not mince words. She held men — especially those in government — responsible for the harrowing experience of coming forward with allegations against a powerful man.

“Guess who’s perpetuating all of these kinds of actions? It’s the men in this country,” she said at a press conference. “I just want to say to the men in this country: Just shut up and step up. Do the right thing for a change.”

Jeff Flake: If Kavanaugh Accuser Fails To Show Up, I'll Support Move To Push Nomination Forward

Now Flake holds the keys to a Supreme Court confirmation Trump prizes dearly — and could soon yank them away.

Flake flashed a yellow light Sunday night on Brett Kavanaugh’s high court bid, telling POLITICO that he won't support advancing the nomination this week if fellow senators don’t do more to hear out a woman accusing the nominee of sexual assault more than three decades ago. Opposition from the Arizona Republican wouldn’t doom Kavanaugh outright, but it already has ratcheted up political pressure on a GOP struggling to keep Trump’s Supreme Court nominee from a full implosion.

Flake is a charter member of the GOP’s anti-Trump caucus, one of only a few senators in the president’s party who freely tee off on the president’s handling of issues from trade to Russia, though they rarely actively undercut his agenda. Another member of that caucus, Sen. Bob Corker (R-Tenn.), also called on Sunday night for a delay in the Kavanaugh confirmation process.

Witness Says 'Never Saw' Alleged Assault by US Supreme Court Nominee Kavanaugh

Charges by a Christine Ford, a university professor who claims to have been sexually assaulted by Brett Kavanaugh when both were in high school, are being challenged by Mark Judge, who is believed to be only witness to the alleged incident, according to a letter from his lawyer to the US Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman.

"The only reason I am involved is because Dr. Christine Blasey Ford remembers me as the other person in the room during the alleged assault," the attorney’s letter to US Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley on Thursday quoted Judge as saying. "In fact, I have no memory of this alleged incident. Brett Kavanaugh and I were friends in high school but I do not recall the party described in Dr. Ford’s letter. More to the point, I never saw Brett act in the manner Dr. Ford describes."

Trump Declassification Order Will Expose FBI's "Insurance Policy" From Strzok-Page Text: Nunes

President Trump's order to declassify a broad swath of DOJ/FBI documents related to the Russia investigation will expose the infamous "insurance policy" referred to in an August 15, 2016 text between former FBI employees Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, according to House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes (R-CA).

"I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy’s office – that there’s no way he gets elected – but I’m afraid we can’t take the risk. It’s like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you’re 40," reads the text message in question - used by many in Trump's camp to bolster claims that the Russia investigation is "rigged witch hunt."

Sanders hits Feinstein over Kavanaugh allegations: Now it’s clear why she did nothing for months

White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders on Tuesday slammed Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) for her statements about sexual misconduct allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

"Now clear why top Democrat on Senate Judiciary Committee did nothing with allegation for months or even ask Judge Kavanaugh about it," Sanders tweeted. "Senator Feinstein just said 'I can't say everything's truthful.' "

Big Pharma drug pushers infiltrate local public schools under the guise of “mandatory mental health screenings” for children

According to the World Health Organization, the United States is one of the most depressed countries in the world, with one in five adults experiencing some form of mental health issue each year. While some of the millions of people diagnosed with these conditions seek therapy to cope with their problems, the vast majority are simply handed prescriptions for antidepressant and other psychiatric drugs and sent on their way.

Sadly, more and more children are being swept up in this net of chemical medications. CCHR, the international mental health watchdog organization, warns that over 7 million children under the age of 17 are already on some form of psychiatric medication, including over 2 million on antidepressants, 1.2 million on antipsychotics, and 1.4 million on anti-anxiety medications.

HILLARY: KAVANAUGH’S ACCUSER DESERVES ‘THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT’

Former First Lady Hillary Clinton weighed into the controversy over Judge Brett Kavanaugh and the woman who's accusing him of sexual assault 35 years ago, Christine Ford.

Kavanaugh's accuser, Clinton said, deserves "the benefit of the doubt.

Gregg Jarrett: If Rod Rosenstein defies Trump's order to declassify documents, he should be fired

President Trump has ordered that numerous documents involving the Russia investigation be declassified. The records have long been sought by Congress under lawful subpoenas. Yet, the FBI and Department of Justice have consistently obstructed the release of these materials under the guise of “classified” secrets. This is a convenient alibi all too frequently employed to cover-up wrongdoing and abuse of authority by those we entrust to uphold the law.

These days, overzealous government officials automatically designate nearly all matters as national security risks, regardless of whether they truly are.

Whenever the FBI orders Chinese take-out, it is labeled “top secret” because… you know… it involves the Chinese. False classification has reached absurd proportions.

How do we know? Every time information is declassified we learn that the material should never have been classified to begin with. It was nothing more than a subterfuge.

Webmaster's Commentary:

I agree. If Rod Rosenstein defies Trump's order to declassify documents, he should be fired!

"Resist Everything": Socialist Within State Department Exposed In Veritas "Deep State" Sting

James O'Keefe and his undercover investigators have once again exposed extreme left-wing activists pursuing a progressive agenda within a position of power - this time infiltrating the State Department.

O'Keefe's team has previously released undercover videos revealing radical leftists at Twitter bragging about "shadow banning" conservatives, Democrat operatives paid by the Clinton campaign engaging in voter fraud, CNN employees admitting that the Trump-Russia story was a "fake news" ratings bonanza, and the "culture of anti-Trump bias" at the New York Times.

In their latest installment, Veritas met Stuart Karaffa - a State Department employee who is also a ranking member of the Metro DC Democratic Socialists of America who is "engaged in radical socialist political activity on the taxpayer's dime," while actively advocating for "resistance to official government policies," according to Project Veritas.

Kavanaugh- Another Fake Sideshow

Christine Blasey Ford, a mainstream liberal professor with a background suitable for a political opponent of Donald Trump, has claimed that Kavanaugh attempted to sexually assault her while both were in high school. Not only are these allegations decades old, Ford evidently can’t remember anything specific about the incident; not the house, its location, how she arrived there, who was giving the party, etc. Only in our thoroughly divided country could such vague accusations from so long ago be taken seriously by anyone.

But this isn’t all. Ford has the most logical motive in the world to lodge a false accusation against Kavanaugh. In 1996, her parents were involved in foreclosure litigation, and Kavanaugh’s mother just happened to be the judge in the case, who ruled against them. An honest legal system would call that a conflict of interest. A mitigating factor. But as should be obvious to all living Americans at this point, we don’t have an honest legal system.

BEX ALERT - Kavanaugh accuser forced out of her home over threats, lawyers say

Christine Blasey Ford's lawyers told Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) in a letter that the Palo Alto University professor has been effectively forced into hiding over violent messages targeting her and her family.

"In the 36 hours since her name became public, Dr. Ford has received a stunning amount of support from her community and from fellow citizens across our country. At the same time, however, her worst fears have materialized," her lawyers wrote in the letter.

Webmaster's Commentary:

So as her story falls apart, Christine Ford plays the "double victim!"

Asking for the FBI to investigate Brett Kavanaugh? Let me get this right. She wants our BIASED FBI to investigate Brett Kavanaogh? She doesn't remember who drove her to the party, whose house it was, or how much she had to drink! Where is the (demonstrably anti-Trump) FBI supposed to start?

Hillary’s People Are Targeting Dean Heller and Cory Gardner To Flip On Kavanaugh

Hillary Clinton loyalists are looking to peel off moderate Republican senators Dean Heller and Cory Gardner in their effort to stop President Donald Trump’s Supreme Court pick Brett Kavanaugh.

The makeshift liberal group We Demand Justice is running anti-Kavanaugh ads in Alaska and Maine to pressure Republican senators Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski to back off their support for the nominee due to professor Christine Blasey Ford’s accusations against him stemming from high school.

Former Hillary Clinton campaign spokesperson Brian Fallon highlighted a key piece of the Democrat strategy. We Demand Justice is also running ads in Nevada and Colorado aimed at Republican senators Dean Heller and Cory Gardner, the latter of whom supported Marco Rubio in the GOP presidential primary. Gardner supports Ford being heard and pushed to delay the confirmation vote.

Also ordered released are specific pages from the FBI's FISA surveillance warrant application on former Trump campaign aide Carter Page, as well as interviews with Ohr.

Kavanaugh Accuser Comes Forward (Updates)

Ford said she told no one of the incident in any detail until 2012, when she was in couples therapy with her husband. The therapist’s notes, portions of which were provided by Ford and reviewed by The Washington Post, do not mention Kavanaugh’s name but say she reported that she was attacked by students “from an elitist boys’ school” who went on to become “highly respected and high-ranking members of society in Washington.” The notes say four boys were involved, a discrepancy Ford says was an error on the therapist’s part. Ford said there were four boys at the party but only two in the room.

There will be enormous pressure on a small group of Republicans (Colling, Murkowski, Flake, Corker) to insist on a delay in the confirmation vote. That is, of course, the reason for the delayed leak of the accusations. It’s the Clarence Thomas strategy precisely, waiting until the hearings are over to reveal the accusation.

The Kavanaugh Allegation Process Is A Miscarriage Of Justice For Everyone

After the Senate Judiciary Committee hearings for Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh concluded last week, Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., revealed that for six weeks she’d hidden a claim he’d sexually assaulted someone. Christine Blasey Ford then told the Washington Post that Kavanaugh had sexually assaulted her when they were teenagers.

Although she said she doesn’t remember where or when the alleged event occurred, she said she believes it may have been in the summer of 1982 and that Kavanaugh’s friend Mark Judge was present for the assault. Notes from a couples therapy session in 2012 show that she spoke of an assault involving four boys, not two, from an elitist DC boys’ school. Kavanaugh isn’t mentioned in the notes, but Ford’s husband says she told him the name at that time and said she was worried he might be a Supreme Court nominee in the future.

Malaysia’s ex-PM Najib Razak arrested

Malaysia’s ex-PM Najib Razak arrested, to face charges over US$628 million linked to 1MDB
Najib will face ‘several charges’, some of which will relate to the transfer of 2.6 billion ringgit into his account

Malaysia’s toppled leader Najib Razak was arrested on Wednesday and will be charged over allegations that US$628 million linked to state investment fund 1MDB ended up in his personal bank accounts, officials said.

Allegations that Najib and his cronies looted huge sums from the investment vehicle were a major factor in the shock defeat of his long-ruling coalition in elections in May, at the hands of a reformist alliance headed by Mahathir Mohamad.

Mahathir, 93, in his second stint as premier after coming out of retirement to take on his ex-protégé Najib, has reopened investigations into 1MDB that were shut down by the former government, and vowed to bring Najib to justice.

Ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) admitted Tuesday that she “can’t say that everything is truthful” about the sexual assault allegations against Kavanaugh brought forth by far-left activist Christine Ford.

Last Thursday, Senator Dianne Feinstein referred a mysterious letter about Kavanaugh to the FBI after holding onto it for months.

Ten Years After The Financial Crisis, The Contagion Has Spread To Democracy Itself

By the time Lehman Brothers filed for the largest bankruptcy in American history on Sept. 15, 2008, the country had been navigating stormy global financial waters for more than a year. IF KAVANAUGH GOES DOWN, IT’S NEAR IMPOSSIBLE TO CONFIRM A NEW NOMINEE THIS YEAR

Should Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Supreme Court fail because of Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s allegations, a new nominee likely cannot be confirmed before the end of the year.

Recent high court nominations were processed over a 67-day span, and there is little time left to move on a confirmation in the current Congress.
Should Democrats take control of the upper chamber, there could be a vacancy on the high court for years.

Senator Dianne Feinstein Pushes Back on Hearing for Kavanaugh Accuser Christine Ford

Senate Republicans gave into the Democrats by agreeing to hear Ford’s case, which was first leveled in July in a letter to Senator Dianne Feinstein but was only recently brought up. By entertaining her curiously-timed claims, Republicans rewarded Sen. Feinstein for deliberately withholding evidence until a politically opportune time. Now, Republicans have set up a committee hearing to actually hear Ford out.

This plays right into the Democrats’ hands. And it just became obvious with the statement Feinstein’s office just released, which gives the entire game away.

This isn’t Feinstein’s first act of trickery. Earlier this week, she refused to attend a phone call with Kavanaugh that was held by members of the Senate Judiciary Committee. That was the first sign that Democrats aren’t actually serious about hearing from Ford.

‘NYT’ story on Seth Klarman abandoning GOP leaves out his prominent role in Israel lobby

Weiss identifies Klarman as “hawkish, socially liberal, fiscally conservative.” His and his wife’s family foundation focuses on “pro-democracy initiatives, including supporting organizations that protect journalists, combat bigotry and defend L.G.B.T. rights.”

That’s not the whole story. Israel is never mentioned in the article, but Israel is clearly at the heart of Klarman’s giving. Klarman started a newspaper in Israel, the Times of Israel, and has given to a host of neoconservative Israel lobby organizations, including Trump’s favorite thinktank, the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, the Israel Project, Middle East Forum, WINEP and the David Project, which tried to block construction of mosques in Klarman’s city, Boston.

Klarman is plainly ideological. He also funds CAMERA, a rightwing media outfit that puts out regular critiques of the New York Times. Klarman gave more than $1.5 million to CAMERA through that foundation that works to “protect journalists.”

All of these anti-Semitism allegations continue to sideline Palestinian suffering

As the row over what constitutes anti-Semitism rages in Britain, the very real fear that freedom of speech is being threatened has already been realised in America, according to one Jewish campaign group. At the heart of the argument is a decision by the Trump administration to change how the Education Department investigates allegations that Jewish students face discrimination; not surprisingly, the Trump team has backed an approach that is endorsed by pro-Israel groups.

The policy change has already prompted the reinvestigation of an event held seven years ago, involving Holocaust and Nakba survivors, which was deemed to be anti-Semitic because it included criticism of the Israeli government. The reopening of the 2011 case, dismissed under the Obama administration, means that anyone who supports Palestinian human rights is potentially going to be regarded as an anti-Semite, says Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP).

Hirono said if a replacement for Kavanaugh needed to be found, President Trump should nominate a less conservative ideologue, or else be ready for Senate Democrats to keep the court seat vacant until after the 2020 presidential election if they win the chamber in November, according to an interview with Politico Magazine.

“I think we’ve had those kinds of vacancies before, and we certainly had over a one-year vacancy with Merrick Garland,” Hirono told Politico. “So the world does not come to an end because we don’t fill all of the nominees.”

Among other topics, Biden spoke to those gathered Saturday at the annual Human Rights Campaign dinner about “forces of intolerance.”

Another Discrepancy Emerges in Kavanaugh Accuser’s Story

In notes she provided to a therapist in 2012 about the incident, numerous discrepancies were found. One was that Kavanaugh was never named in her original allegation. The other is that the therapist noted there were four boys present for the incident, and not just one other.

Now another discrepancy was just revealed. Ford hired lawyer Debra Katz to advocate on her behalf. Katz went on CNN to relay Ford’s story once again but added an extra detail that wasn’t provided in The WaPo piece.

From the Daily Caller:

During the interview, Katz revealed that there was another girl present at the party, which allegedly took place in 1982 while Kavanaugh was attending Georgetown Prep. Ford previously told the Washington Post that there were four boys at the party but never indicated if there were other girls beside herself.

Russia blames Israel for the shooting down of her EW aircraft

Most likely Russia will do nothing as Putin is in the Israeli pocket.

Basically, 4 Israeli aircraft were sent on a bombing mission against targets near the Russian facilities in Khmeimim and Tartus (which, by itself, is both stupid and irresponsible). The Israelis *deliberately* did not warn the Russians until less than a minute before the attack took place, thus the Russians did not have the time to tell the crew of the Il-20 electronic warfare aircraft, which was on approach for a landing, to take evasive action. When the Syrian S-200 fired their missiles to intercept the incoming missiles, the Israelis F-16 used the Il-20, which has a much bigger radar cross section, to hide themselves resulting in the loss of 15 lives and one aircraft.

Typical Israeli “cleverness”.

The Late Hit on Judge Kavanaugh

During the assault, says Ford, she was traumatized. “I thought he might inadvertently kill me.”

Here the story grows vague. She does not remember who drove her to the party. She does not say how much she drank. She does not remember whose house it was. She does not recall who, if anyone, drove her home. She does not recall what day it was.
She did not tell her parents, Ford says, as she did not want them to know she had been drinking. She did not tell any friend or family member of this traumatic event that has so adversely affected her life.

Said Kavanaugh in response, “I categorically and unequivocally deny this allegation. I did not do this back in high school or at any time.”

flashback 7/31/16: Right-wing media attacked Obama for showing openness to talks with Iran. Trump just did exactly that.

On July 30, President Donald Trump said that he would be willing to meet with Iranian leadership with “no preconditions.” Right-wing outlets were largely silent about Trump’s remarks, but had harshly criticized former President Barack Obama for saying the same thing.

While running for president and during his presidency, Obama made clear that his vision for America’s foreign policy involved meeting with Iran. In 2009, Obama said that he was willing to talk to Iran “without preconditions” to reach a deal that would end the country’s nuclear weapon program. Obama again said in 2013 that he would sit down with Iranian leadership but only if the regime signaled that it was serious about giving up its nuclear weapons. In response, conservative media pundits branded the former president as “weak” and roundly disapproved of his supposed leniency toward Iran.
