Emails renew questions about Clinton Foundation and State Department overlap

A new batch of U.S. State Department emails released Tuesday showed the close and sometimes overlapping interests between the Clinton Foundation and the State Department when Hillary Clinton served as secretary of state.

The documents raised new questions about whether the charitable foundation worked to reward its donors with access and influence at the State Department, a charge that Clinton has faced in the past and has always denied.

In one email exchange, for instance, an executive at the Clinton Foundation in 2009 sought to put a billionaire donor in touch with the U.S. ambassador to Lebanon because of the donor's interests there.

In another email, the foundation appeared to push aides to Clinton to help find a job for a foundation associate. Her aides indicated that the department was working on the request.

Webmaster's Commentary:

It's not that this woman lies with impunity; it is that she feels she has the absolute, moral right, and entitlement, to lie with impunity.

Are those really the qualities we want in a President of the United States?!?

ISIS Video Shows US Training Rebels in Syria

A new ISIS propaganda video is raising a lot of concerns for the US military operation inside Syria, as it includes substantial footage of the rebel New Syrian Army (NSA) being trained by US special operations forces, inside Syria, in the lead-up to an ISIS attack which forced a retreat.

The propaganda video itself centers on the US giving weapons to the NSA forces, and ISIS getting a hold of many of those weapons after routing the rebels in a failed attack on ISIS border crossing al-Bukamal. That’s old news though, and the footage of the training is a much more serious issue.

Where did the video come from, and how did ISIS get it? It’s unclear why the Pentagon would want to be recording their covert training operations inside Syria, particularly in the lead-up to an offensive. This raises the very real possibility that ISIS has so substantially infiltrated this “vetted” rebel force that they’re able to take substantial video of their operations.

Webmaster's Commentary:

I am having a palm to forehead moment, at warp speed, upon reading this.

We have an Administration in DC which is deeply enmeshed in an "the end justifies the means" mind set, without any moral compass whatsoever, so the arming, training, and funding of ISIS jihadists is perfectly acceptable if it creates regime change in Damascus.

How " old Soviet Union" of them!!!

Never mind the pain and misery it is inflicting on the people of Syria and Iraq; those people are simply "collateral damage" to DC.

‘Kiev has turned to terrorism’: Putin on foiled sabotage plot in Crimea

Kiev has turned to the “practice of terrorism” instead of trying to peacefully resolve Ukraine’s crisis, Russian President Vladimir Putin said in commenting on an FSB report that it had foiled terrorist attacks in Crimea plotted by Ukrainian intelligence.
Ukraine is “playing a dangerous game,” the Russian leader said when talking to reporters on Wednesday, while calling Kiev’s actions “stupid and criminal.”

Moscow cannot turn a blind eye to the deaths of its servicemen who were killed during special operations to prevent terrorist attacks in Crimea, Putin said.

Given that the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (HUR MOU) was allegedly behind the thwarted terrorist attacks in Crimea, it is “pointless” to meet with Ukraine’s current authorities to seek a solution to the country’s crisis, Putin said.

Former Mich. congressman Mike Rogers could join Trump team

The Wall Street Journal is reporting that former U.S. Rep. Mike Rogers of Michigan could play a "senior role" on Republican nominee Donald Trump's transition team if he wins the presidency in November, advising him and the incoming administration on national security issues.

Rogers, who represented Michigan's 8th congressional district for 14 years and served as chairman of the House Select Committee on Intelligence before leaving in 2015, did not immediately respond to the Free Press about the report. A message sent to a spokesman for Rogers was not immediately answered.

SET TO STUN

Months later, on a hot July day in this small town in North Carolina, Scott was watching the news with his mother, Stephanie Grice. Three days earlier, Alton Sterling had been fatally shot by a police officer in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Two days earlier, police in Minnesota had shot and killed Philando Castile. The night before, five police officers had been gunned down in Dallas. Like the rest of the nation, Scott and Grice couldn’t turn away.

Grice, who works as a patient account representative at a nearby medical center, said she can’t help but wonder if her son’s harsh punishment was influenced by the color of his skin. Both students involved in the fight were black; the school police officer, named Pete Smith, was white.

Webmaster's Commentary:

So, THIS is what passes for "education" in American public schools?!?

I swear, if Mike and I had had children, we would have found a state where home schooling was completely legal, and home schooled our kid.

There are a zillion ways to break up a fight, and deal with a kid's behaviour that is less than ideal, other than with a stun gun.

But tasering a child, when that practice can potentially kill the child?!?

That's just way out of line, and so completely morally bankrupt, on the part of those adults who are allegedly working in a school setting to help kids blossom intellectually, that I cannot even begin to articulate how hurtful and stupid this practice is.

UNSAFE LEVELS OF TOXIC CHEMICALS FOUND IN DRINKING WATER FOR SIX MILLION AMERICANS

Levels of a widely used class of industrial chemicals linked with cancer and other health problems — polyfluoroalkyl and perfluoroalkyl substances (PFASs) — exceed federally recommended safety levels in public drinking water supplies for six million people in the U.S., according to a new study led by researchers from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and the Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS).
The study will be published August 9, 2016 in Environmental Science & Technology Letters.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Might as well face the reality that local and Federal officials don't care about the quality of your drinking water.

There are several, rather inexpensive, water testing kits that are readily available for consumers.

It is better for you to know what is in your drinking water, then develop a plan of action if your water is contaminated, particularly if you have kids.

CHICAGO PUBLIC SCHOOLS SUED OVER ALLEGED HANDCUFFING OF 6YO FOR ‘STEALING CANDY’

A mother is suing Chicago Public Schools (CPS) after her 6-year-old daughter was allegedly handcuffed by a security guard and left near the premises’ boiler room under the stairs for more than an hour.

The incident reportedly occurred at Fernwood Elementary School back in March after the child took some candy from the teacher’s desk without permission.

The security guard in question, who has since been dismissed from his job, and the CPS are named in the lawsuit which alleges use of excessive force, false imprisonment and causing emotional distress.

“She was under the stairs, handcuffed, in the school, by the boilers. You can't treat children like that," the girl’s mother, Marlena Wordlow, told reporters.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This is why, when you live in the urban inner city areas, that you can never allow your child to attend the local public school.

There are a zillion ways to make a 6 year old realize that what she had done was bad behaviour, other than handcuffing, under the stairs, near the boiler.

That her teacher and the security guard who did this apparently didn't realize that there were alternatives to this process does not augur well for public education in Chicago.

How Life works: Red Sox fans heartlessly boo retiring Alex Rodriguez, witness instant momentum shift as Yankees score 7 runs, see heart-full retiring Red Sox David Ortiz painfully injured. ‘Sportuality’ in action?

*hyperlinks/video live at source*

If Americans understood war law, election fraud, or monetary reform as seriously as they know baseball rules, the US could rise above almost all “problems” framed in their choice for President.

In a baseball game last night, retiring Alex Rodriguez of the New York Yankees was heartlessly booed by Red Sox fans continuously when he pinch-hit in the 7th inning with the Red Sox leading 4-2.

Somehow, this action of heart and mind from the fans connected to a massive momentum shift in the game. From that point:

Yankees:

7 for 16 hitting: .438 batting average
3 walks, so 10 for 19 OBP: .526
7 runs in 3 innings: average of 21 runs/game
Red Sox:

1 for 10 hitting: .100 average (with 4 strikeouts)
3 wild pitches (lack of command/confidence)
0 runs

The Charade of the Presidential Election

It saddens me to see only a gloomy result of this election. It will not make any difference whether people elect Trump or Killary … oops Hillary (I think I will never get this right). As we had witnessed in previous elections, whether electing a Republican or a Democratic president America will get more or less (probably more) of the same policies; unfair trade agreements, police state, loss of privacy, more taxes, and still perpetual wars and destruction. American people still lose, corporate/Judaic elite wins again.

Libertarian candidates say US policy has only made Middle East more dangerous

Although Donald Trump made a headline or two this winter saying he’d be a neutral arbiter between Israelis and Palestinians, he soon after backtracked, delivering a well received, if uncreative, speech to standing ovations at AIPAC. Appointees of Hillary Clinton to the Democratic National Committee’s platform drafting committee successfully smacked down a bid to include language even acknowledging the existence Israel’s occupation of Palestinian territory.

With that in mind, a voter might wonder what the Libertarian Party has to offer concerning Israel/Palestine.

The Libertarians argue, as they do across the board, for disentangling the U.S. from onerous aid arrangements, but their reasons have less to do with Israel’s treatment of Palestinians and more to do with the party’s promise to make government smaller in general. There isn’t a plank for Israel in the Libertarian platform, but in speaking with a Libertarian candidate for U.S. Senate, Alex Merced, it appears that the party is the most open to new ideas, for better or worse, of all the parties running this year.

Three essential US stands: It's NOT ‘president’ upon ‘election’ after ‘independent debate,’ but ‘rogue state dictator’ upon ‘election fraud’ after ‘bullshit propaganda.’ Don't vote for evil; demand arrests of evil

“It is more correct to say that Truth is God than to say God is truth. ...we must speak the Truth.” ~ Gandhi on Truth (and here, pg. 20)

"One thing we have endeavoured to observe most scrupulously, namely, never to depart from the strictest facts and, in dealing with the difficult questions that have arisen during the year, we hope that we have used the utmost moderation possible under the circumstances. Our duty is very simple and plain.... Facts we would always place before our readers, whether they are palatable or not, and it is by placing them constantly before the public in their nakedness that the misunderstanding… can be removed." ~ Mohandas K. Gandhi, Indian Opinion (1 October 1903)

The US does not have:

a president
chosen by election
after independent debates.
What the US has is:

a rogue state dictator
chosen by election fraud
after bullshit propaganda.

Are There Any Limits on Obama’s Drone War, Really?

Obama announced the formalization of the Rule Book—now dubbed the Presidential Policy Guidance (PPG)—in May 2013. It was partly a response to critics who said the administration was essentially conducting extrajudicial killings, with no rubric by which to judge whether it was staying within the bounds of international law. Obama explained that after four years of drone war without such formal rules, he was now “insisting upon clear guidelines, oversight, and accountability that is now codified in Presidential Policy Guidance.”

It took three more years and a lawsuit before, on Friday, the administration finally released a copy of the PPG to the ACLU in response to a Freedom of Information Act request. While some of the policy promises in the document are laudable, the document, in a structural sense, doesn’t seem to add the oversight to the war on terror that Obama promised back in 2013. Indeed, it seems designed not to.

Webmaster's Commentary:

I don't care how many pages this PPG may have; extrajudicial assassinations are morally separated from the intent and fulfillment of the Constitution and Bill of Rights, and are, therefore, illegal.

US Warns Turkey to Back Off Threats, Accusations Over Coup

Since a failed military coup last month, US relations with Turkey have been worsening consistently, with the Erdogan government harshly criticizing the Obama Administration at every chance, variously accusing the US of not being supportive enough and at times accusing the US of being secretly behind the coup.

The State Department appears to be growing weary of this, and has warned the Turkish government to back off the various threats and accusations against the United States surrounding the coup, saying they find Turkey’s “inflammatory rhetoric” a serious problem.

Turkish officials don’t appear to be keen on backing away from the allegations, with pro-government newspapers accusing the US-based Woodrow Wilson Center of being in on the coup, and the Justice Ministry issuing a statement warning that the US is risking bilateral relations by not handing over exiled cleric Fethullah Gulen.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Now, let me see what bargaining chips the US State Department has to get Turkey to back off from these accusations; the short answer, is .....absolutely none.

A threat to expel Turkey from NATO?!?

Turkey, as of yesterday's meeting between Erdogan and Putin in St. Petersburg , may be ready to execute a Russian-centric pivot, both economically and militarily, which will mean that NATO membership is something Erdogan may be willing to "sacrifice" to see that this pivot gets nurtured.

And so far, the American and NATO troops which were locked down in Incerlik, (and those estimated 50 - 90 varying payload thermonuclear bombs), as still locked down in Incerlik.

The Obama administration has utterly no game, except to extradite Gulen, dead or alive; my bet would be on the first, rather than the latter, as Gulen is a CIA asset, with extensive knowledge of how the CIA functions in Turkey, and therefore would be a "live liability" should he be extradited alive.

Putin and Erdogan Vow to Repair Ties as West Watches Nervously

Against a backdrop of rising tensions between Turkey and the West, Presidents Vladimir V. Putin of Russia and Recep Tayyip Erdogan of Turkey pledged on Tuesday to repair relations after nine months of open antagonism.

Although their meeting in St. Petersburg on Tuesday produced little beyond vows of friendship and cooperation, the symbolism of the two former antagonists coming together for a friendly talk was enough to raise alarms in Western capitals. Besides being a member of the NATO alliance, Turkey is vital to Europe’s efforts to stanch the flow of migrants from Syria and Afghanistan.

Washington and Ankara, long at odds over American support of the Kurds in Syria and Iraq, have had a series of problems lately. Anti-Americanism has been on the rise in Turkey, amid accusations that the United States played a role in the failed coup in Turkey and widespread resentment of the White House’s criticism of the resulting crackdown.

Webmaster's Commentary:

IF this relationship continues to warm, militarily and economically, and Putin is able to throw Iran into the mix, such a relationship could well become a grand "Eurasian Axis", capable of preventing any outside military interference for either Turkey or Iran.

Oh, and BTW, as reported on 6 August 2016 at http://www.hurriyetdailynews.com/:

The U.S. Justice Department will send a technical delegation to Turkey this week over the government's request to extradite U.S.-based Islamic scholar Fethullah Gülen, the prime suspect behind the July 15 coup attempt according to Ankara. The Turkish Justice Ministry had invited a delegation from Washington to come to Turkey first to discuss Gülen's extradition. In return, a delegation from the Justice ministry will later depart for U.S. to discuss the extradition after the U.S. delegation's visit. Ankara has already lodged two extradition demands with the U.S. for Gülen, who lives a self-claimed exile in Pennsylvania.

And please remember; at Incerlik, Erdogan has his "bargaining chip" of thousands of US and NATO personnel on lockdown, along with 50 - 90 NATO thermonuclear bombs.

President Obama cannot afford to extradite CIA asset Gullen to Turkey, because he is a "live liability", so he will most probably meet with a "severe health challenge" which will take him out, before the body is returned to Turkey.

This Administration is no stranger to extrajudicial assassinations.

Democratic Senate Candidate Says Scalia’s Death ‘Happened At A Good Time’

Senate candidate and Former Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland (D) apologised for saying that the death of Supreme Court Associate Justice, Antonin Scalia "happened at a good time for labor unions."

Webmaster's Commentary:

Looking at Scalia's death/murder, one has to speculate; for what other individuals or entities was this a good time for Scalia's demise?!?

As reported at http://stateofthenation2012.com/?p=31180 on 14 February, 2016:

Truly, there is something is very wrong with the state of the nation when the death of an elder statesman immediately produces headlines suggesting the distinct possibility of murder and assassination. It used to be that when a real VIP passed away they were lovingly remembered, even by their enemies … sometimes even by their worst enemies. Nowadays, when someone BIG dies unexpectedly the suspicion of murder is on everyone’s mind. Particularly since the Obama Administration has so polarized the body politic along every line of division they could politically exploit, do the suspicions run extremely high. The trust level toward a U.S. President has never been so low and so justified. There are many curious circumstances surrounding the death of Justice Antonin Scalia. We’re not talking about the actual murder death at the fastidiously controlled resort scene. We’re talking about the many important cases currently in front of the Supreme Court that will literally decide the fate of Obama’s legacy. Clearly, Justice Scalia’s strong constitutional positions would dictate the direction of the SCOTUS where it concerned many of those most significant rulings that would undermine Obama’s signature pieces of legislation. Justice Scalia was a staunch defender of the U.S. Constitution and therefore Obama’s greatest political enemy. There is not even a close second anywhere in American government, especially since the House and Senate now routinely advocate for Obama’s agenda. What’s the real point? The following headlines capture just a few of those sentiments which are being now expressed by pundits and politicos alike across the entire political spectrum. There is a very serious belief that Justice Scalia was murdered by stealth while staying at the luxury resort in Marfa, Texas.

The Silent, Invisible 21st Century Killer by Design: Weaponized Cell Towers and Cellphones

A former senior scientist from DARPA, the US deep state black ops research lab that channels all advanced technologies into military WMD’s, recently went public alerting fellow Americans that the federal government is misusing lethal cell tower transmissions as an “act of terrorism” against the US population. With a PhD from Princeton in computational physics and nearly three years at the DARPA Los Alamos National Laboratory, Dr. Paul Batcho is a more than credible source who knows what he’s talking about. When he first began noticing high powered radiation radiating from cell towers in his home in St. Petersburg and surrounding areas of central Florida and Tampa, he followed standard protocol contacting his previous employer DARPA along with DHS, informing them that he believes that the cell towers present a “terrorist” threat. After his repeated attempts to alert authorities drew no response, Batcho contacted longtime activist-writer Dave Hodges of The Common Sense Show. The scientist has written:

These transmissions will cause harmful health affects in the form of enhanced microwave radiation illness. It is imperative that these frequency bands be measured and verified by an official source. These frequency bands do not exist naturally, and there is a technology targeting individuals. The verified measurement and existence of these RF band transmissions constitutes a terrorist act.

2012 DOD DOCUMENTS SHOW STATE DEPARTMENT WELL AWARE OF WEAPONS SHIPMENTS TO TERRORISTS IN SYRIA, HILLARY LIED IN TESTIMONY

While so many rumors, accusations, and scandals surround the 2013 incident in Benghazi where a number of U.S. ambassadorial staff as well as Ambassador Chris Stevens were murdered by Islamic extremists, the question almost always arises “How much was known about Stevens’ mission of supporting terrorists in Syria and who knew it?”

Webmaster's Commentary:

Lying, and lying under oath, are two of Hillary Clinton's greatest skills; but is this what voters really want in a President and Commander in Chief?!?

I have to wonder what will be the response of the Clintonistas if she wins/steals the elections, and wars are declared against just about any country Israel doesn't like; and they find their sons and daughters drafted, then dead, or maimed for life as a result of these wars.

JULIAN ASSANGE SUGGESTS SETH RICH - WHO WAS MURDERED IN DC - WAS WIKILEAKS DNC SOURCE

On July 8, 2016, 27 year-old Democratic staffer Seth Conrad Rich was murdered in Washington DC. The killer or killers took nothing from their victim, leaving behind his wallet, watch and phone.

Shortly after the killing, Redditors and social media users were pursuing a “lead” saying that Rich was en route to the FBI the morning of his murder, apparently intending to speak to special agents about an “ongoing court case” possibly involving the Clinton family.

Seth Rich’s father Joel told reporters, “If it was a robbery — it failed because he still has his watch, he still has his money — he still has his credit cards, still had his phone so it was a wasted effort except we lost a life.”

FORMER CIA DIRECTOR AND HILLARY SUPPORTER: "WE SHOULD KILL RUSSIANS AND IRANIANS COVERTLY"

Attempting to justify what is essentially a conspiracy to commit acts of murder, terrorism and war, Morell compared his proposal to alleged covert operations waged against the US during its illegal invasion and occupation of Iraq in 2003 and onward. The difference between the US invasion of Iraq and that of Russia's intervention in Syria, however, is significant. The US invaded Iraq in 2003, predicated upon a premeditated lie, while Russia was invited to aid the acting government of Syria.

Here is the key exchange:

Morell: We need to make the Iranians pay the price in Syria; we need to make the Russians pay the price.

Rose: We make them pay the price by killing Russians and killing Iranians?

Webmaster's Commentary:

So, in Morell's opinion, the covert assassination of Iranians and Russians will make relationships better with Iran and Russia?!?

Then what, please, will prevent Russia and Iran from doing the very same thing to American assets, in all regions?!?

The short answer is, absolutely nothing.

Morell obviously prefers assassinations to negotiations, and yes, to many people around the world, this country has become the "assassination nation", with all of its use of extrajudicial assassinations as a tool of its military policy.

But folks, the truth of the business here is that to be publicly advocating this position, demonstrates, painfully, that Morell has become mentally unhinged in the extreme, and has utterly lost his reality licence; and remember that if Clinton wins/steals the election, he most probably will have a place in her cabinet.

And that cabinet position, if named honestly, will most probably be the newly minted Secretary... of Geopolitical Insanity.

HOW FACEBOOK CENSORSHIP ACTIVELY HIDES EVIDENCE OF POLICE BRUTALITY

hen Facebook acted at the behest of Baltimore County police last week by abruptly deleting Korryn Gaines’ social media accounts amid an ongoing standoff between authorities and the 23-year-old, did the private corporation become an agent of the State? If it did, far more precipitously, did the social media giant impinge on Gaines’ constitutional rights as a chilling new manifestation of subjective government-sanctioned censorship?
During what became a five-hour standoff, Gaines posted a number of videos documenting her prolonged encounter with a heavily-armed Baltimore SWAT team — summoned to the scene after officers learned the woman had a firearm. In one video uploaded to Instagram, which Facebook owns, Gaines speaks with her five-year-old son, who sits on the floor wearing red pajamas.

“Who’s outside?” she asks him.

“The police,” he softly responds.

“What are they trying to do?”

Webmaster's Commentary:

Social media will always take the side of the police and various other state and Federal enforcement agencies so as not to potentially get shut down, and lose a ton of business.
