Why Baltimore Blew Up

When Baltimore exploded in protests a few weeks ago following the unexplained paddy-wagon death of a young African-American man named Freddie Gray, America responded the way it usually does in a race crisis: It changed the subject.

FAKE FIX: Obama's Plan on Federal Militarization of Police

Lipstick on a Pig - That's how we see Obama's so-called "bans" and "restrictions" on federal programs that militarize your local police.

The "ban" doesn't really ban anything. And restrictions? They rely on local and federal government agreeing on what qualifies as "constitutionally-sound" uses of military equipment by local police.

Banksters admit rigging markets since 2007, ‘fined’ 33% of 1 quarter’s income while looting tens of trillions tax-free

*hyperlinks/video live at source*

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5tu32CCA_Ig

Asset-hole and so-called “too big to jail” banks admitted criminal looting through market manipulation and collusion last week, and will return a mere 33% of one quarter’s income without prison sentences (total “fine” of $5.7 billion from $15.5 billion 2015 1st-quarter combined incomes - see below).

Please note that the US Department of Justice (sic) fails to communicate the amount looted by the banksters, only the “fines” without context of:

this is a bankster operating expense for pretending to operate under law,
“regulators” serve in government “minor league” positions until “called up” to work for the banksters in the “big leagues,”
requiring the banks to “fire” eight responsible executives without prison sentences just allows them to be rehired by other banksters to resume “business” as usual.

Accused LAX TSA Shooter Has Been Held Incommunicado For Two Years: No Letters, Calls, Visits - Except Psychiatrist

An interesting update on the murder suspect charged with killing a TSA officer and wounding three others has appeared in a local news outlet in Southern California. Paul Ciancia, 24, faces the death penalty and is currently incarcerated in Los Angeles. He has received no mail, written no letters, and has not made or received any phone calls, e-mails or visits. Except for a trusty psychiatrist, of course. The day of the shooting, police found notes Ciancia had allegedly written referring to 'fiat currency,' the 'NWO,' and called 'Big Sis' Janet Napolitano a "BULL DYKE." He wrote that he wanted to "kill TSA and pigs" in order to "instill fear in your terrorist minds." Ciancia also railed against the DHS, Federal judges, the FBI, the Federal Reserve, the ATF, FEMA, and the EPA.

Therefore, we formally request US military to enact their Oaths of Enlistment to refuse all orders related to obviously unlawful armed attacks, and for US military officers to enact their lawful responsibility to arrest those who issue obviously unlawful orders associated with Wars of Aggression.

A Poem On War

Beyond the count of years I walked the world,

and my children built their shrines to me.

Decades and centuries and millennia pass,

and still the shrines are built.

Temples insubstantial to men,

clear to my eyes.

No foundations or walls or roofs,

but shrines nonetheless.

Holy ground, consecrated

Today, every day, somewhere in the world,

the earth is prepared for my coming.

My hallowed grounds are everywhere.

In valleys and on mountains,

on broad plains and deep in hidden passes,

in deserts, on city streets.

Nameless, unremembered places.

71-year-old Los Angeles widow loses running water over $11,000 bill, survives by toting 50 gallons a week

California may be facing a water crisis, but a 71-year-old Los Angeles widow’s struggle to pay for utilities has taught her just how precious the natural resource can be.

Doris Tillman told The Los Angeles Times that she was forced to stop paying for water after the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power sent her a bill for $11,000. She just assumed that the enormous bill must be a mistake.

DWP cut off her water last August. To survive, the 71-year-old woman hauls 50 gallons each week from a nearby water machine — at a cost of about 25 cents a gallon.

Why the politically connected media elite are immune from criminal prosecution in America

What about America's liberal media elite? Do they, too, have some sort of legal immunity? Not technically as there are no laws or constitutional provisions that specifically exempt progressive elitist members of the press from legal prosecution.

However, author Katie Pavlich, news editor of the conservative TownHall.com news and opinion web site, says they might as well have immunity because they get away with criminal behavior that would likely land ordinary citizens behind bars all too often.

BEX ALERT - Free speech on the run, even in the home of the brave

Meanwhile, journalists — most of whom would fecklessly tell you they're free-speechers — are constantly trying to invent exceptions to protected speech.

Case in point: Pamela Geller, the anti-Muslim activist, wound up being blamed for an attack by two extremist Muslim gunmen on one of her nasty events in Texas recently because she crossed some imaginary free-speech line.

In the minds of several media analysts, she should somehow have been stifled. (Of course, had Geller been sexually assaulted and the same logic applied, it would be denounced as "survivor blaming.")

Webmaster's Commentary:

Note that this article is against limits on free speech ... but only free speech about Muslims. No mention of Israel's attempts to censor criticism of their government and Canada's complicity in that agenda!

Back Door Worse Than No Door

Tech industry giants say they are alarmed the federal government would demand back-door access to the encryption built into their products. Are they crying crocodile tears? Maybe, but the point is still a good one.

Imagine if, instead of memory chips, we were talking about your home's back door. It most likely contains a lock. Your family members have keys. They can come and go freely while others cannot. This is how locks should work.

The FBI says it can't do its job unless it has unimpeded access to your house, so it asks you to give it a spare key. The FBI further promises it will only use the key to enter your home in emergencies. Would you give it to them?

A key source clues me in on TPP code of silence

It's one thing to say a federal scientist can't publicly publish details on how to build an H-bomb. It's quite another thing to say US Senators can't reveal, to the American people, what they're voting on.

There is no Constitutional basis for such an assertion. In fact, it's a direct violation of the Separation-of-Powers principle.

By assigning National Security secrecy-status to the details of the TPP, the Executive Branch is arbitrarily muzzling the Congress.

We're witnessing a stunning farce.

From the Very Creation of the Internet, U.S. Spy Agencies Fought to Block Encryption

American spy agencies have intentionally weakened digital security for many decades. This breaks the functionality of our computers and of the Internet. It reduces functionality and reduces security by – for example – creating backdoors that malicious hackers can get through.

The spy agencies have treated patriotic Americans who want to use encryption to protect their privacy as extremists … or even terrorists.

As Gizmodo’s Matt Novak points out, this attack started at the very birth of the internet:

Sweetener Stevia Was Once Hailed As An Anti-Fertility Agent for Population Reduction

Check out this textbook written in 1970 by Paul and Anne Ehrlich, the precursor to the textbook Ecoscience they wrote with Obama Science Czar John P. Holdren seven years later. The book advocates all manner of horrors to depopulate what they consider an overpopulated world, including everything from adding sterilants to the water and food to producing a sterilizing virus that requires a vaccine antidote one could apply for... it's a nightmare.

As such, it was pretty shocking to find a passage where the authors excitedly discuss using stevia rebaudiana — the same sweet leaf hailed everywhere today as a wonderful, healthy sugar alternative — as an anti-fertility agent

Webmaster's Commentary:

Secret Pentagon Report Reveals US “Created” ISIS As A “Tool” To Overthrow Syria’s President Assad

From the first sudden, and quite dramatic, appearance of the fanatical Islamic group known as ISIS which was largely unheard of until a year ago, on the world’s stage and which promptly replaced the worn out and tired al Qaeda as the world’s terrorist bogeyman, we suggested that the “straight to beheading YouTube clip” purpose behind the Saudi Arabia-funded Islamic State was a simple one: use the Jihadists as the vehicle of choice to achieve a political goal: depose of Syria’s president Assad, who for years has stood in the way of a critical Qatari natural gas pipeline, one which could dethrone Russia as Europe’s dominant – and belligerent – source of energy, reaching an interim climax with the unsuccessful Mediterranean Sea military build up of 2013, which nearly resulted in quasi-world war.

Special Ops Armed with Rapid DNA Scanners: “Get Ready for Advanced Biometric Warfare”

Along with formidable future weapons, super soldiers, armed drones of every size and autonomous robots executing lethal missions, the battlefield of tomorrow will also be driven by target identity and biometric data – you know, to stop terrorists.

Gizmodo reports:

The United States’ most elite soldiers have been collecting DNA samples from suspected terrorists for years. But because analysis normally takes three weeks, it’s been a pretty useless chore. Now, however, U.S. Special Operations Command is testing a machine that can do it in 90 minutes. Get ready for advanced biometric warfare.

Researchers Predicted In 1971 that Debit Cards Would Become the Ultimate Spy Tool

The Wall Street Journal reported that the NSA spies on Americans’ credit card transactions. Senators Wyden and Udall – both on the Senate Intelligence Committee, with access to all of the top-secret information about the government’s spying programs – write:

Section 215 of the Patriot Act can be used to collect any type of records whatsoever … including information on credit card purchases, medical records, library records, firearm sales records, financial information and a range of other sensitive subjects.

Many other government agencies track your credit card purchases as well. In fact, all U.S. intelligence agencies – including the CIA and NSA – are going to spy on Americans’ finances.

Proposal to extend ‘Patriot Act’ surveillance programs also blocked in Senate

Legislation to extend for two months a program in which spy agencies sweep up vast amounts of data about Americans’ telephone calls was blocked in the U.S. Senate early on Saturday, adding to uncertainty about the future of the program.

The Senate voted 45-54 on the procedural measure to stop debate on the extension of provisions of the “USA Patriot Act,” falling well short of the 60 votes in favor needed to advance the measure. The legal authorities that allow the collection of so-called telephone “metadata” expire on June 1.

Virginia Cop Resigns After Tasering and Pepper Spraying Man Having Medical Emergency

A Virginia cop who tasered a man sitting in the driver’s seat of his car, following it with a ten-second blast of pepper spray into the man’s face, was forced to resign last week after his chief said he had used excessive force.

But Fredericksburg police officer Shaun Jergens said he only did it because the man in the car was not complying.

However, David Washington was experiencing a medical emergency, perhaps a diabetic seizure, which is why he struck another vehicle before running over a median and knocking over a city sign.

When the car came to rest, the 34-year-old man remained motionless in his car with the seat belt strapping him in.

“Get out the car or I’m going to fucking smoke you,” Jergens yelled after tasering and pepper spraying him.

Police state government to start surveilling your poop in real time for illicit drug use… RFID tag readers in toilets will upload urine composition to the feds

The runaway surveillance state in America has just taken a leap into the gutter. Or the sewer, actually, where government goons running their fraudulent "war on drugs" have begun to monitor raw sewage for traces of illicit drug use.

The American Chemical Society reports this as GOOD news, saying:

The war on drugs could get a boost with a new method that analyzes sewage to track levels of illicit drug use in local communities in real time. The new study, a first-of-its-kind in the U.S., was published in the ACS journal Environmental Science & Technology and could help law enforcement identify new drug hot spots and monitor whether anti-drug measures are working.

Lawyer challenges Monsanto to find inaccuracies in his book exposing GMO risks

Druker has also invited the other proponents of GM foods in industry and academia to assist Monsanto so that the response it submits will represent the best collective effort of the products’ supporters. He has allotted them two months and set a deadline of July 20. He asserts, “If by that date Monsanto and its allies have not been able to refute the essential factual accuracy of "Altered Genes, Twisted Truth", the world will have a right to assume that it is as sound as the experts who reviewed it have affirmed – and to conclude that the GE food venture is a reckless gamble that must be quickly brought to an end.”

In his challenge, Druker pledges to publicly acknowledge any genuine errors that Monsanto can demonstrate and to correct them in the book’s next printing. Moreover, he demands that Monsanto display reciprocal responsibility. The challenge notes that a Monsanto brochure sent by Fraley to Dr. Goodall contains several misleading statements, and it decisively demonstrates the falsity of two of the biggest deceptions: the claims (a) that “every respected organization that has examined the evidence” has concluded that GE foods are safe and (b) that “there have been no documented safety issues.” Further, it insists that Monsanto promptly acknowledge the misrepresentations and set the record straight.

A MOST DISTURBING INFOGRAPHIC ABOUT THE CRIMINAL SYSTEM

The United States has the most prisons in the world in order to house the highest number of incarcerated people in the world. 707 per every 100,000 people can be found in a prison. Out of every 100 citizens, 3 work in the justice system. 1 in 9 State employees works in corrections. How this vast prison system evolved is examined by looking back at what there was before modern prisons existed.
