Additional evidence of mind-boggling fraud emerges from the New York Primary

For the past week or so, I’ve been warning readers that the supposedly “liberal” state of New York has some of the most repressive voting laws in the country. Before reading the rest of this post, I suggest refreshing your memory on just how undemocratic New York is by checking out the following:

Maine’s Tea Party governor says Cruz’s ‘political hooligans’ are trying to hijack delegates

Ted Cruz’s campaign faced more allegations of dirty tricks after the Maine governor, Paul LePage, took to Facebook to condemn the Texas senator’s campaign as being run by “greedy political hooligans.”

The fiery and controversial governor claimed on Friday that the Trump and Cruz campaigns had previously reached a “unity deal” to elect delegates to the national convention in proportion to results of the Pine Tree state’s 5 March caucuses.

Such an allocation would deliver 12 Cruz delegates, nine for Trump and two for John Kasich, the Ohio governor.

However, LePage, a Trump supporter, said on the eve of Maine’s state convention that the Cruz campaign had reneged on the deal, believing they could fill all 21 delegate slots on the ballot. “I can’t stand by and watch as Cruz and the Republican establishment forcibly overrule the votes of Mainers who chose Trump and Kasich,” said LePage.

How Voter Suppression Efforts Are Threatening Our Democracy

2016 marks the fifth year of intensive voter suppression. Long lines have marred proceedings in so many of the primaries and caucuses. Too many provisional ballots have been filled out because voter names have been mistakenly or purposely removed from lists.

New York should not be high on your list of places to vote. There is no early voting, and registration for primaries, specifying partisan affiliations, this year was required in September proceeding last November. For some reason partisan affiliations were somehow often flipped and independents were not allowed to vote in this closed primary anyway. Brooklyn represented the nadir location: 125,000 names had been removed, 65,000 names added. Some gullible people were even told to vote on their iPhones.

PA Delegates Could Swing GOP Race

In Pennsylvania, delegates may have the power to swing GOP presidential race
***
While most states award convention delegates on a winner-take-all or proportional basis, 54 of Pennsylvania’s 71 delegates — three for each of 18 congressional districts — are officially unbound to a candidate and do not have to announce their intentions before Tuesday’s vote. The winners can vote for whomever they want at the convention.
***
The complexities of the process mean Trump could once again come up short on delegates despite winning the popular vote. Campaign manager Corey Lewandowski told reporters after Trump’s victory in New York on Tuesday that Pennsylvania has “a very difficult process” of selecting delegates.

“I don’t want to get into the intricacies of our Pennsylvania strategy, but I think we’ll make sure people know who the Trump delegates are,” he said.

Hillary Clinton Delegate Will Oversee New York Primary Audit

Scott Stringer, the New York City comptroller who ordered the audit of the New York City Board of Elections, is on the record as a Hillary Clinton delegate.

In a primary election fraught with voter suppression complaints, prompting an official investigation from New York’s Attorney General, a Hillary Clinton delegate in charge of overseeing the audit of New York City’s voting processes raises red flags. However, Stringer told BuzzFeed News that if he finds any issues that require him to recuse himself, he will.

WISCONSIN GOP PRIMARY 2016:

Comparing Candidates’ Vote Shares in Hand- Counts versus Machine Counts

The final results of the Wisconsin Republican Presidential Primary on April 5, 2016 were announced as Cruz 48.2%, Trump 35.1%, and Kasich 14.1%. Wisconsin is unique in that a Government Accountability Board, http://www.gab.wi.gov/elections-voting/voting-equipment , makes available detailed information that defines how votes are tabulated at each precinct. In the following report, each candidate’s percentage from manually- counted votes were compared to those from machine- counted votes. The difference is shocking.

Sean Hannity to Ted Cruz: "You gotta stop!"

Hannity: "You gotta stop! Every time I have you on the air, and I ask a legitimate question, you try to throw this in my face."

Hannity continued: "I’m getting sick of it. I’ve had you on more than any other candidate on radio and TV. So if I ask you, Senator, a legitimate question to explain to the audience, why don’t you just answer it?"

Realizing that he had made a big mistake, Cruz finally answered:

The gist of his answer was that "there is a second component beyond the elections, which is the individual delegates are elected by the people," "Donald Trump’s campaign does not know how to organize on the grass roots," so Cruz wins delegates "over and over and over again" and "the Donald Trump campaign does not seem capable of running a lemonade stand" and seems like “a Kim Kardashian reality show."

222 GOP Delegates for Pennsylvania

Webmaster's Commentary:

If you will be voting in the Pennsylvania GOP Primary, you need to print out this article and take it with you. The GOP ballots do not have a choice between Trump and Cruz, but only a list of delegates, and does NOT show who the delegates support. It's just another slimy trick to disenfranchise the voters and allow the GOP party hacks pick their candidate. This article shows which delegates support which candidates.

The comment marks a change for the Texas senator who has been saying he was on the path to win the nomination. Trump's crushing defeat of Ted Cruz in the New York primary tilted the energy in the Republican race back to the front-runner.

For those who wonder if such phenomena only happen to Republicans, Bernie Sanders can already “feel the spurn.” He won New Hampshire by a landslide (60 to 38 percent) only to discover that Hillary Clinton had been awarded the majority of delegates. Dan Lipinski Illinois Superdelegate Says: He’d Back Sanders At Contested Convention

Rep. Dan Lipinski a superdelegate to the Democratic National Convention, said that if there is a contested convention, he will be for Bernie Sanders because he won his congressional district in the Illinois primary.

“As a Democratic member of Congress, I told Democrats in the 3rd District that I decided that I would pledge my vote to whichever candidate won the districit. Sen. Bernie Sanders received 54 percent and Secretary Hillary Clinton received 45 percent in my district. Therefore, if there is a contested vote at the Democratic National Convention in July, I will vote for Sen. Sanders.”

What’s interesting here is that Lipinski is one of the most conservative Democrats in Congress. He crosses the aisle to vote with Republicans more often than many of his Democratic colleagues.

New York voting fiasco just the warm-upfor the November game

“I just got off my 17 hour shift as an election official. In my election district, out of 166 Democratic voters, 39 were forced to file affidavit ballots. The last [election] I worked in, exactly ONE voter needed an affidavit ballot.”

That’s nearly one of four voters. Why? Their names had gone missing from the voter rolls.

An affidavit ballot (called a “provisional” ballot in most other states) is a kind of placebo ballot. You get to pretend to vote – but the chance it will actually be counted is …well, good luck. If your name is wrongly removed, kiss your vote – affidavit or not—goodbye.

Rheannon’s experience was hardly unique. In Brooklyn alone, over 125,000 names were quietly scrubbed from the voter rolls in the five months leading up to the primary.

Sanders campaign, New York officials cry foul after New York voters report issues

Bernie Sanders' campaign on Tuesday called reports of voting irregularities in New York state "a disgrace" as local officials rushed to condemn the city Board of Elections for stripping more than 125,000 Democratic voters from the rolls.

"It is absurd that in Brooklyn, New York -- where I was born, actually -- tens of thousands of people as I understand it, have been purged from the voting rolls," Sanders said during an evening campaign rally at Penn State University.

In an email to CNN, Sanders spokesman Karthik Ganapathy called the state's handling of the primary a "shameful demonstration."

"From long lines and dramatic understaffing to longtime voters being forced to cast affidavit ballots and thousands of registered New Yorkers being dropped from the rolls, what's happening today is a disgrace," he said.

Yes, Bernie Sanders Will Become President. Hillary Clinton’s FBI Investigation Isn’t a ‘Nothingburger’

Perhaps the greatest compliment paid to me recently was from a Boston Globe columnist who remarked that I must really be Andy Kaufman. It’s a compliment, first because Kaufman was a genius, and also because his genius rested in the absurd; almost like voting for a presidential candidate being investigated by the FBI. In 2016, the most qualified candidate according to smart Democratic strategists holds negative favorability ratings in every single national poll. In 8 out of 10 national polls, Hillary Clinton’s favorability ratings are negative by 15 points or more. According to recent CBS and NBS/WSJ polls, Clinton holds negative favorability ratings by 23 and 24 point margins, respectively. A progressive said to “get things done” won’t be able to win the White House with such negative national ratings.

New York primary results: Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump win in the Empire State

Presidential campaign frontrunners Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton took a big step toward securing nominations from their parties after both emerged victorious from the New York primary on 19 April. The expected wins push the two ahead of their rivals and give their campaigns another boost ahead of the 26 April primaries in a number of states.

With over 80% of the precincts reporting, the former secretary of state led rival Bernie Sanders by more than 15 points. On the Republican side, Trump surged past John Kasich and Ted Cruz to lead by more than 35 points.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Trump won a landslide, picking up 89 delegates to Kasich's 3. Cruz was shut out entirely.

Hillary's "victory" over Sanders was marginal, with Hillary picking up 139 delegates to Sanders' 106. But reports of massive with the Democratic vote continue to pour in, such as broken machines, changed party affiliations or outright scrubbing from the voter rolls; over 100,000 in Brooklyn alone. Needless to say, all these irregularities hit precincts where Sanders was strong and already lawsuits are flying.

This is going to be worse than the 2000 debacle.

The Battle of Athens

On 2 August 1946, some Americans, brutalized by their county government, used armed force to overturn it. These Americans wanted honest, open elections. For years they had asked for state or Federal election monitors to prevent vote fraud -- forged ballots, secret ballot counts, and intimidation by armed sheriff's deputies -- by the local political boss. They got no help.

These Americans' absolute refusal to knuckle-under had been hardened by service in World War II. Having fought to free other countries from murderous regimes, they rejected vicious abuse by their county government. These Americans had a choice. Their state's Constitution - Article 1, Section 26 - recorded their right to keep and bear arms for the common defense. Few "gun control" laws had been enacted.

Shouldn't the Republican Party Have All Potential Presidential Nominees Demonstrate Presidential Eligibility?

Although generally ignored by the mainstream media (including Fox News), whether Senator Ted Cruz is eligible to be President of the United States depends upon both law and facts and remains an unresolved issue.

Cruz's inability and/or unwillingness to conclusively demonstrate that he is eligible, coupled with rival Donald Trump's references to him as Lyin' Ted, have increased suspicion instead of dispelled it.

I have concluded as a matter of law that since Cruz indisputably was a natural born Canadian, (1) he is not a natural born United States citizen and (2) the United States citizenship of his mother made him eligible to become a naturalized United States citizen.

Since 1934, the United States citizenship of either parent has enabled a child to become a naturalized United States citizen, but it is not sufficient to make that child a natural born United States citizen and therefore eligible to be President of the United States.

Clinton Delegate Lead Down to 194, Even as Dramatic Miscounting of Delegates

In just the past week, Sanders has cut Clinton's delegate lead by 20 -- by 12 in Colorado (Sanders +6, Clinton -6) and by four each in Nevada and Missouri (Sanders +2, Clinton -2) -- without a single statewide primary or caucus being held, and even Nate Silver and his crew haven't been able to amend their usually accurate delegate tallies fast enough. That's understandable; it's easy to fall behind in reporting on a candidate who's beaten Hillary Clinton eight Election Days in a row -- President Obama having never lost more than two in a row in 2008 -- when you also have to publish esoterically misleading stories like "Clinton Is Winning the States That Look Like the Democratic Party" and "Bernie Sanders Is Even Less Competitive Than He Appears".

There's Something Rotten in the State of New York

It started out as curiosity... about two and a half weeks ago I, and many others, marveled at how Bernie Sanders had been able to whittle Hillary's lead in New York from a 43 point lead down to 7 and a half points. I was following the polling to see how much further he could whittle it down and looked forward to seeing Bernie pull ahead. But then something....odd.... happened. I went a week with no new polling data coming out, which, given the importance of the New York primary, I thought, well, ODD.

Then, on April 12th, a new NATIONAL poll came out showing Bernie 1 point ahead among registered democrats, 11 points ahead among Dem-leaning voters, and 16 points ahead among independents.

"WOW!!!" Was the thought that came to mind.

The same day, I started seeing new polling coming out of New York which, frankly, did not make sense. Polling showing Hillary ahead 53 to 37%

Sanders and Trump gored through Hillary's and Jeb Bush's coronations

***
Wasn’t the upcoming 2016 election supposed to be the coronation of Republican Jeb Bush, by the hereditary right of divine kings?

After all, Jeb’s brother was president, their father was president, and their paternal grandfather wanted to be president. And Jeb had done the Bush family thing and gotten himself elected governor of Florida, and he did a good job at that, just like his brother had done a good job being governor of Texas, and it seemed like it would all be a shoo-in love fest and Bar and George would go back to using the White House as their retirement condo and zipping around Maine with Secret Service personnel in tow.

Until it all went wrong.

Now, angry, resentful Jeb heads up the “Dump Trump” movement, and to hell with what “the little people” want.

The alternative coronation was that of former First Lady Hillary Clinton, a lawyer who has had only one real ambition since her college days, and that is to be the first woman president of the United States.>>>

Reince Priebus blasted for ‘major breach of trust’ by top RNC officials

Republican National Chairman Reince Priebus is coming under fire from some of his top officials, all of whom have been considered loyalists throughout his six years in office.

The “breach of trust,” according to the Ash email, was the failure by Mr. Priebus‘ Legal Counsel’s office to notify Rules Committee members that Oregon RNC member Solomon Yue had submitted a rules change, to be considered at Thursday’s Rules Committee meeting.>>>

Trump Supporters Walk Out of Georgia Delegate Fight After Party Picks Cruz Supporter…’Uproar in the Hall’

Donald Trump supporters walked out of a delegate election in Georgia Saturday to protest a vote that robbed Trump of all of his slated delegates from a district that he won in the primary.

A Cruz-Rubio alliance at the district convention in Buford, Georgia helped to knock Trump supporters out of the district’s national delegation altogether. Cruz supporters implied that Trump’s people would “embarrass” the district at the convention in Cleveland. Then things got heated.

“This morning, I attended Georgia 7th Congressional District GOP convention as a delegate and a Donald Trump supporter. We were there to elect the 3 delegates and 3 alternates to the national convention,” Ronnie Kurtz told Breitbart News. “Per the primary results, two slots were for Trump, and one was for Rubio. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX)

finished third in the primary and had no delegates allotted to him…Nonetheless, the hall was stacked with Cruz delegates.”

Trump likely to win West Virginia but lose delegates

Trump is well-positioned for a resounding victory in West Virginia’s May 10 primary, but his win will be accompanied by a delegate selection process stacked in favor of people with last names at the beginning of the alphabet — rather than his most committed supporters.

It’s a quirk of West Virginia’s mind-bogglingly complex delegate election process that has the Trump campaign on red alert and seems likely to leave the mogul with weaker support at the national convention than he’s expected to earn in the state’s primary. It’s yet another convoluted primary system likely to add fuel to Trump’s complaints that the rules of the Republican nomination process are rigged.

It’s on: Tensions between Trump and the GOP escalate in public fight

Tensions between the Republican Party and its own front-runner erupted into a full-blown public battle as top party officials rebuked Donald Trump on Friday for alleging that the GOP primary system was “rigged” against him.

The dispute, which has been simmering for days, centers on Trump’s failure to win any delegates last weekend in Colorado, which selected its 34 delegates at a party convention rather than a primary attended by voters. All went to Trump’s chief rival, Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas.

Webmaster's Commentary:

If it walks like a rigged process and quacks like a rigged process and stinks like a rigged process ... it is a rigged process!

EXCLUSIVE: Colorado Caucus Volunteers: Ballot Errors Hurt Trump Delegate Candidates, Could Have Violated State Rules

Volunteers at the Colorado Republican Assembly are coming forward with evidence to indicate that their state’s delegate selection process was riddled with errors that disadvantaged some Donald Trump supporters who were running to become national delegates.

The errors could have violated state bylaws significantly enough that some of the results could be contested, according to the volunteers.

"A Totally Corrupt, Rigged System": GOP Plans to Strip Trump of Delegates in Indiana & Wyoming Too

First, Colorado changed the rules in order to hand all of its delegates over to Ted Cruz without a traditional primary vote, then told the people, "It's the rules" (after they were changed without explanation).

Now the GOP in Indiana and Wyoming are plotting similar ways to ensure Trump doesn’t get any of their delegates.

Breaking: The GOP Made A Huge Announcement… People Will Be FURIOUS!

It was only yesterday that a top RNC official announced that conservative businessman Donald Trump could secure the nomination with fewer than 1,237 delegates before the RNC convention later this summer in Cleveland, Ohio.

Is that a rule change? Hardly, but Randy Evans was assuming that it was likely Trump would win the first ballot with 1,000+ delegates.

Now, the RNC is signaling to the political establishment that it’s ready to accept Trump as the nominee, and they are warning leaders not to mess with the convention rules in a last minute attempt to “steal” the election. Peter Feaman, another RNC committeeman who is on the powerful Rules Committee, made the announcement on a recent conference call. He noted that looming suggested changes to the convention would make it look like they are rigging the process…

A bit late, but a good thing nonetheless.

Election Contest and Lawsuit

Pressley filed an election contest and lawsuit because of numerous irregularities, discrepancies, and computer corruption errors that were found in her Austin District 4 City Council race that was held on December 16, 2014. Specifically, the most serious election issues are related to Pressley's evidence of electronic voting corruption errors and that statutorily required election records (Ballot Images and Election Results Backup Tapes) are missing. Cast Vote Records produced at her recount do not meet the statutory standards for legal Texas ballots. Other material election irregularities occurred that call into question the true outcome of the election are noted below.

VALIDITY AND INTEGRITY OF TEXAS ELECTIONS IS BEING COMPROMISED

Texas election laws are not being followed in many counties. Without this consistency, and with the "it's the way we do it" attitude, this has greatly opened the door to fraud. The true intent of the Legislature was to ensure voter integrity at the highest expectation is achieved. Unwarranted waivers allowing election officials to ignore law that was intended to protect the integrity of elections and a blatant disregard for the intent of the legislature is creating unprecedented opportunity for voting fraud in Texas.

Hillary Will Win New York, Because It's Running A Banana Republic Primary

Unless you’ve been living in a cave, you’ll know that New Yorkers go to the primary voting booths on April 19th. Unfortunately, only a small sliver of the population will actually be able to vote. First, it’s a closed primary, so you have to be registered as a member of one of the two corrupt political parties in order to participate. As the Guardian recently reported, 27% of New York state’s active voters were not registered in either party as of April 2016, meaning these people will have no say in the primary. Even worse, what about all those residents who aren’t active voters, but would very likely vote in this particular election given the increased turnout seen in other states? They’re iced out as well.

Are delegates for sale? A look at the loopholes

Delegates to the 2016 republican national convention are expected to vote red, but some of them could also accept green.

As the likelihood of a contested convention continues to grow, people are now taking a closer look at the republican rulebook.

Specifically, that donors are allowed to shower delegates with cash and gifts in exchange for a vote.

‘Democracy Spring is a Soros-funded, anti-Trump radical movement’

Americans, at least the enlightened ones, know that the system is rigged. And the organic element that’s here is that the people of America have every right to be angry because big money dominates politics, Christopher Greene from alternative GreeneWave TV, told RT.

RT: What's the key driver of this public anger we're seeing in the US capital?
Christopher Greene: George Soros, primarily. It is important to note that ‘Democracy Spring’ is an anti-Donald Trump radical organization.

Wake Up Christians! Stop Being Deceived and Rebuke Ted Cruz for his Hypocrisy.

If Ted Cruz is a man of integrity or had some sense of honor. He would have disavowed the Republican Party in Colorado awarding him all the delegates without an election. Ever since he Declares himself as a devout true follower of Christ. He would have called on the people of Colorado to decide.
Webmaster addition: Christians (at least Catholics) don't believe in democracy. Pope Leo XIII wrote that the Bill of Rights should never have been written because god did NOT give to man freedom of thought, action, and speech.

Cruz likely to block Trump on a second ballot at the GOP convention

Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz is close to ensuring that Donald Trump cannot win the GOP nomination on a second ballot at the party’s July convention in Cleveland, scooping up scores of delegates who have pledged to vote for him instead of the front-runner if given the chance.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The GOP are so desperate to stop Trump they are supporting a candidate who is ineligible to serve as President.

CITIZEN TED: WHY TED CRUZ LIED ABOUT HIS MOTHER

Webmaster addition: This document is suspicious, in that it claims Ted Cruz was conceived in March 1969 but born in December 1970, a gestation period of 20 months!

But apparently one of the documents missing from the public record is the marriage certificate for Ted Cruz' parents. If Ted was born before his parents actually married, or his parents married before their divorces to their prior spouse were finalized, then under the US law he is NOT a US citizen by birth but must be made a citizen through the naturalization process.

Trump: Primary process 'corrupt' on both sides

Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump on Sunday said the primary process on both the Republican and Democratic sides is corrupt.

Trump referenced Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders, who has won eight of the past nine Democratic contests, noting that people still say he doesn't have a path to the nomination.

"I watch Bernie. He wins, he wins, he keeps winning, winning and winning, and then I see he's got no chance. They always say he's got no chance. Why doesn't he have a chance?" Trump asked during a rally in Rochester, N.Y.

"Because the system is corrupt. And it's worse on the Republican side."
Trump called the system "crooked."

Webmaster's Commentary:

Trump has that one correct!

Ted Cruz is not eligible to be President of the United States; The meaning of "Natural Born."

As you read the following, consider this; Ted Cruz' supporters, the Tea Party, the GOP, and the establishment media may all look the other way about the fact that Ted Cruz does not meet the Constitutional requirementss to be Predident or Vice President. But does anyone think that if the GOP anoints Cruz as their candidate, that Hillary's lawyers won't go to court and have him thrown out of the election?

"No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States." -- Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, clause 5
