BREAKING: VoterGA Releases Explosive New Report: Fulton County Georgia Recount Included 60% Error Reporting Rate — THOUSANDS of Fraudulent Biden Votes

On Monday night Garland Favorito, the founder of the election integrity group VoterGA, announced he will hold a press conference on Tuesday morning.

VoterGA will review highlights of its amended ballot inspection complaint and provide proof that election fraud occurred in the November 2020 election.

The press conference will start at 10:30 AM Eastern.

Garland told The Gateway Pundit on Monday that he expects the news will be on the Bannon War Room on Tuesday morning.

New Evidence Reveals GA Audit Fraud and Massive Errors

Petitioners in a lawsuit organized by VoterGA to inspect Fulton County ballots
have added stunning claims in their amended complaint and provided new evidence from public records that show Fulton County’s hand count audit of the November 3
rd 2020 election was riddled with massive errors and provable fraud.

Most new allegations and evidence are based on a VoterGA data team’s analysis of Fulton’s November 2020 mail-in ballot images made public after petitioners won a court order on April 13th and VoterGA lobbying efforts led the Georgia General Assembly to make all images public under Open Records Requests beginning March 25th

Republicans Protect America’s Reputation by Covering Up the Stolen 2020 Election

When the 2020 presidential election was stolen from President Trump, the Republican Establishment was happy to be rid of him. Trump’s intent to bring the offshored corporate jobs back home to Americans where they belong was regarded as a threat to corporate profits. Wall Street and corporate executives were strongly opposed and used their influence against Trump.

Trump’s intent to normalize relations with Russia was regarded as a threat to the profits of defense contractors and to the budgets of the CIA and NSA. Trump had no idea of the risks of going up against the military/security complex until Democrat Senator Schumer told him. Trump set himself up for destruction by the Deep State, the real government in America.

Tucker Carlson teases 'new evidence' of voter fraud in Georgia's Fulton County

Fox News host Tucker Carlson said he will examine "new evidence" of voter fraud in Fulton County, Georgia, on his show Wednesday.

He told his audience Monday he has not done "many segments" on voter fraud since January, which included the U.S. Capitol riot and President Joe Biden's inauguration, noting how there have been multiple unfounded claims. But Carlson also said there is good reason to explore some of the allegations more than eight months after the November election.

"There are some very irresponsible claims going around that in the end couldn't be proven because they weren't true, but there are also some claims that may be true, and it's worth knowing," he said. "If you care about democracy, you can't tolerate fraud, so was there voter fraud in November? Well again, on Wednesday, we are going to take a very close look at that, including some new evidence from Fulton County, Georgia."

Trump Releases Letter From Ex-US Attorney Alleging Barr Pressured Him Not to Probe Voter Fraud Claims

Former President Donald Trump on Monday released a letter he received from a former federal prosecutor in Pennsylvania last month, outlining how the attorney was allegedly pressured by former Attorney General William Barr against investigating claims of voter fraud and election irregularities in the state.

William M. McSwain, who served as the chief federal law enforcement officer in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania from April 2018 to January 2021, addressed a letter (pdf) to Trump on June 9 outlining his allegations.

“U.S. Attorney from the Eastern District of Pennsylvania was precluded from investigating election fraud allegations. Outrageous!” the former president said in a statement releasing the letter.

McSwain in his letter to the former president expressed his discontent with the instructions he said he received from Barr following the November 2020 presidential election.

'Out of touch' Kamala Harris gets smashed for saying she opposes voter ID because rural Americans don't have access to photocopiers

Vice President Kamala Harris was branded as “out of touch” after she made inflammatory remarks while contriving a new reason as to why she opposes voter ID laws — rural Americans don't have access to photocopiers. Harris suffered major backlash for her comments about rural Americans, which some saw as dismissive and contemptuous.

In a BET interview, Harris claimed that voter ID laws would “make it almost impossible” to vote.

“It's about using the bully pulpit to help people see what's happening in the midst of all the daily issues that they have,” Harris said. “You know, we're not in an election year. You know, we tend to rally when we know the election is about to happen. But right now, we need to start rallying, because these laws are being passed right now that will make it almost impossible, at least very difficult, for you to vote.”

Kamala Harris slammed for claiming rural Americans can't photocopy their IDs

Vice President Kamala Harris was criticized Saturday for arguing against voter ID laws, claiming rural Americans can't get photocopies of their ID's.

"I don't think that we should underestimate what that [compromise on voter ID laws] could mean," Harris said in an interview with BET News. "Because in some people's mind, that means you're going to have to Xerox or photocopy your ID to send it in to prove who you are. Well, there are a whole lot of people, especially people who live in rural communities, who don't - there's no Kinkos, there's no OfficeMax near them."

"Of course people have to prove who they are," Harris continued, but "not in a way that makes it almost impossible for them to prove who they are."

Pennsylvania Department of State Tells Counties Not to Allow Outside Access to Voting Systems

The Pennsylvania agency in charge of elections has issued a new directive telling counties not to let outside parties access electronic voting systems or components of such systems, such as tabulators and ballot printers.

The directive from the Pennsylvania Department of State, released on July 9, states that county boards of elections “shall not” provide any access to third parties that are seeking to examine the systems or system components.

If the counties do allow access, the voting equipment that’s examined “will be considered no longer secure or reliable to use in subsequent elections,” and the department will withdraw its certification for the equipment.

Californians Request Voter Rolls Per FOIA Requests So They Could Find and Address Invalid Voters on the Lists

Individuals in California requested voter rolls from the state to determine the number of invalid individuals listed on the rolls.
A group in California is requesting voter rolls so that the group can address any outdated individuals in the files.

Former Acting Director of National Intelligence Ric Grenell told Fox News that his nonprofit Fix California plans to file public records requests to force elections boards to hand over data on their voter rolls so that the group can expose any areas where the rolls may be outdated.

Grenell made the comments in an interview with Fox News ahead of his appearance at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Dallas. He said his group is playing the long game to make conservative Californians feel like they have a voice in the state.

Hillary Clinton Claims Election Integrity Bills Are Move Toward ‘White Supremacist Authoritarianism’

Former Secretary of State and twice-failed Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton claimed Wednesday that Republican-led voter integrity bills in several states represent a “clear attempt to move away from a pluralistic, multi-racial democracy and toward white supremacist authoritarianism.”

The Hill notes notes:

Clinton’s comments come amid a widespread effort in GOP-led states — including Georgia, Florida and Arizona —to pass limits on mail-in voting, new voter ID requirements and other restrictions in the wake of the 2020 presidential election. At least 14 states enacted 22 new laws between Jan. 1 and May 14 of this year that limit voting access, according to the Brennan Center for Justice.

“Each of these proposals disproportionately prevents people of color from casting their ballots, and each is egregious in its own right,” Clinton wrote in an op-ed for Democracy Docket.

Federal Judge Rejects Challenge to Georgia Voting Law

A federal judge in Georgia declined to block portions of the recently passed Georgia election law after an organization filed a legal challenge that sought to invalidate parts of the mandate.

The Coalition for Good Governance, a left-leaning group that describes itself as an election security group, opposed the Election Integrity Act of 2021’s provision that voters request absentee ballots at least 11 days ahead of Election Day. The suit also asked the court to intervene to rescind restrictions on election observers.

But U.S. District Judge J.P. Boulee, in ruling against the petition, said he wouldn’t “change the law in the ninth inning” in reference to ongoing runoff elections for seats in the Georgia state House.

26 years ago in my book, The New Color Line, I predicted that by violating the statutory language of the 1964 Civil Rights Act which prohibits racial quotas, the EEOC, by enforcing racial preferment in university admissions, hiring, and promotion had created privileges based on skin color that were in violation of the 14th Amendment and would evolve into a two-tier legal system in which blacks would have superior rights. A Pennsylvania senator announced on July 7 that he has triggered a forensic investigation of the 2020 and 2021 elections.

State Sen. Doug Mastriano, a Republican, issued letters to several counties requesting information and materials that he said would enable an investigation.

“It’s distinct from an audit or forensic audit. It’s a big deep dive, like we saw in Arizona, but even deeper,” Mastriano told The Epoch Times.

“It takes a hard look at software, machine, scanners, in addition to looking at all the ballots themselves to see if they were hand-filled in or copied by a machine. So a scientific approach to get to the bottom of what happened, what went right, what went wrong in an election. It takes out all bias.”

Democrat candidates in NYC mayoral race demand 'unprecedented' manual recount - days after 135,000 test ballots were included in results

The three leading Democrats in the race to be New York City mayor have demanded a manual recount of primary votes if the results are razor thin, days after election officials admitted they'd accidentally added 135,000 test ballots to the initial total.

The manual count would be a first for the city in modern history, and comes as frontrunner Eric Adams maintains a narrow margin over rivals Kathryn Garcia and Maya Wiley.

Adams, Garcia and Wiley have all filed petitions in court to give them the option of challenging the result, the New York Post reports.

Maricopa County should “never have approved” the election machines that were subpoenaed in the audit of the county's 2020 election if such an audit review found the machines couldn’t be reused, Arizona Senate President Karen Fann said Tuesday.

Fann cited the county's previous audit efforts to push against the county’s decision on Monday that election machines subpoenaed as part of a Republican-led state Senate audit will not be reused in future elections over concerns expressed by officials, including Democratic Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, that their security has been compromised.

GA Secretary of State Wants Fulton County Elections Taken Over by State

In the aftermath of the 2020 election, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger wants Fulton County elections taken over by the state.

“I think people are saying, enough is enough,” Raffensperger told Just the News. He discussed using the new election integrity law to have the State Elections Board take over the Fulton County election counting prior to the 2022 midterm elections.

When asked whether the state using the law to take Fulton County into receivership was an option, he said “yes is the answer.”

“With SB 202, habitually failing counties can – actually the state election board can – come in and replace the election director and really take over the governance of that,” he said.

America, Leader Of The Free World? How To Forget US Interference In Foreign Elections

After only five months in office, President Joe Biden has already become notorious for his verbal gaffes and mis-spokes, so much so that an admittedly Republican-partisan physician has suggested that he be tested to determine his cognitive abilities.

That said, however, there is one June 16th tweet that he is responsible for that is quite straightforward that outdoes everything else for sheer mendacity. It appeared shortly after the summit meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin and was apparently intended to be rhetorical, at least insofar as Biden understands the term. It went:

“How would it be if the United States were viewed by the rest of the world as interfering with the elections directly of other countries and everybody knew it? What would it be like if we engaged in activities that he engaged in? It diminishes the standing of a country.”

Supreme Court Upholds Arizona Law Limiting Absentee Ballots Return

The majority of US states allow voters to submit ballots through a third party for each election stage, but many limit the number of ballots that can be collected, while only allowing certain people to compile them.

On Thursday, the US Supreme court upheld an Arizona law which will limit how absentee ballots can be returned by voters.

The law, which was passed in 2016, banned unions and advocacy groups from collecting mail-in ballots by voters to halt the controversial practice that critics call "ballot harvesting." Only family and household members, as well as mail carriers, have been allowed to collect voters' ballots as per the legislation.

Another long-standing provision upheld by the Supreme Court on Thursday allows election authorities to scrap ballots submitted by voters in the wrong precinct.

Arizona Ballot-Harvesting Ban Is Legal, Supreme Court Rules in High-Stakes Electoral Integrity Case

Arizona’s ban on ballot-harvesting and out-of-precinct voting does not violate the federal Voting Rights Act, the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 this morning in a closely watched case with implications for future elections.

The court opinion split neatly along ideological and partisan lines with the 6 conservative justices nominated by Republican presidents voting to uphold the state law and the 3 liberal justices voting to strike it down.

The decision reverses a judgment issued by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and comes the week after the Biden administration filed a lawsuit against Georgia over the state’s new electoral integrity-promoting law claiming it amounts to so-called voter suppression. The state’s Republican governor, Brian Kemp, said the U.S. Department of Justice’s suit was “legally and constitutionally dead wrong.”

New York’s Mayoral Primary Vote Count Voided After 135,000 Ballot Discrepancy

The New York City Board of Elections said on June 29 that 135,000 test ballots were accidentally included in a preliminary tally of votes cast in the city’s mayoral primary election, leading to the count being voided and drawing the ire of candidates.

New York’s first attempt at ranked-choice voting (RCV) descended into confusion after the elections board abruptly removed updated vote totals from its website hours after posting them, citing a “discrepancy” in the numbers.

“We are aware there is a discrepancy in the unofficial RCV round by round elimination report,” the board said in a statement, noting that it was working with technical staff to identify the discrepancy and asking “candidates to have patience.”

Later, the board posted another statement noting that it had inadvertently failed to remove sample ballots it had used to test its software.

NY Election Raises Red Flags: Poll Watchers Find *MORE* Ballots Than Voters

Afew weeks ago, I wrote an article here about MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough going on a rant about the ongoing Maricopa County, Arizona, audit of the 2020 presidential election. Scarborough stated that anyone who questioned the election results should leave the country.

I described this as an all-time low for MSNBC, but a few weeks later, they topped it: MSNBC’s Chris Hayes described the Maricopa County election audit as “ridiculous and dangerous.” On June 3rd, Hayes ridiculed Pennsylvania GOP State Senator Douglas Mastriano for visiting the Arizona audit. The audit, Hayes said, was an “assault on democracy.”

“They are trying to destroy” democracy’s legitimacy, Hayes said of those who question the election results. The audit is a “mass delusion,” he claimed, that will cause damage and destruction to democracy.

Officials raised concerns for years about security of U.S. voting machines, software systems

The Dominion Voting Systems, which has been used in multiple states where fraud has been alleged in the 2020 U.S. Election, was rejected three times by data communications experts from the Texas Secretary of State and Attorney General’s Office for failing to meet basic security standards.

Unlike Texas, other states certified the use of the system, including Pennsylvania, where voter fraud has been alleged on multiple counts this week.

Dominion Voting Systems, a Canadian company headquartered in Denver, is one of three companies primarily used in U.S. elections. The others are Election Systems and Software and Texas based-Hart InterCivic.

The Dominion system was implemented in North Carolina and Nevada, where election results are being challenged, and in Georgia and Michigan, where a “glitch” that occurred reversed thousands of votes for Republican President Donald Trump to Democrat Joe Biden.

'Huge victory': Judge names members of Fulton election board in lawsuit; ballot audit will proceed

An order handed down by a Georgia judge today named several individual members of a county elections board as respondents in an election-related lawsuit, clearing the way for an intensive audit of 2020 absentee ballots in Georgia's largest county.

Superior Court Judge Brian Amero in a Thursday ruling dismissed several claims brought against governmental entities of Fulton County on sovereign immunity grounds, but he allowed the five members of Fulton County's Board of Registration and Elections to be named in the suit.

"Sovereign immunity" is a legal doctrine that holds that governmental parties are protected from many or most forms of lawsuits. In Amero's ruling, he notes that Georgia law stipulates that “no suit alleging violations of due process or equal protection rights under the Georgia Constitution, that seek declaratory or injunctive relief, may be initiated against either the state or county,” barring a waiver from the state legislature or the state constitution.

U.S. says Georgia voting law targets Black voters, sues to block it

The U.S. Justice Department will file a lawsuit on Friday challenging a Georgia election law that imposes new limits on voting, saying that it infringes on the rights of Black voters, Attorney General Merrick Garland said.

The Georgia law, which also bans the distribution of water or food to people waiting on long lines at polling places, is one of a wave of new measures passed by Republican-controlled state legislatures this year, fueled by former President Donald Trump's false claims that his November election defeat was the result of widespread fraud.

"This lawsuit is the first of many steps we are taking to ensure that all eligible voters can cast a vote," Garland told a news conference. "We are scrutinizing new laws that seek to curb voter access and when we see violations of federal law, we will act."

In an order (pdf), Henry County Superior Court Chief Judge Brian Amero ruled that the respondents of the lawsuit—Fulton County, Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections, and Fulton County Clerk of Superior and Magistrate Courts—could not be defendants in the suit due to sovereign immunity protections. However, Amero granted a request by the plaintiffs to add five named individual members of Fulton County’s Board of Registration and Elections as respondents in the case, essentially keeping the suit alive.

Emails obtained by CNN reveal how the Biden campaign pressured Facebook to censor President Donald Trump before the 2020 election.

The messages reveal how Biden campaign officials repeatedly insisted that Facebook remove information that it deemed to be ‘violent rhetoric’, a concern that seemed to be absent during months of leftists rioting and burning down entire city blocks throughout the summer.

After a deluge of public and private complaints by members of Biden’s team and other Democrats, a former Biden campaign staffer said Facebook “essentially did nothing” in response.

The focus was primarily on the official Team Trump account, with Biden officials infuriated that Facebook didn’t remove enough videos that warned people of upcoming election fraud.

Former elections clerk: Zuckerberg activists took control of 2020 race

A former elections clerk in the state of Wisconsin, which is facing multiple complaints over possible election malfeasance for the announced results of the 2020 presidential race, says activists funded by Facebook billionaire Mark Zuckerberg essentially took over that election.

In an interview with Just the News, Sandy Juno, who previously was the county clerk for Brown County, charged that, "We need to be really on top of this, because if this is how elections are going to go, we won't have election integrity."

The issue is the hundreds of millions of dollars Zuckerberg gave to his Center for Tech and Civil Life, which in turn handed it out to thousands of elections officials all across the U.S. The donations, however, came with strings, that the money had to be used in certain ways and the recipients needed to use certain groups to help.

Michigan County DEMANDS Election Audit

A county in northern Michigan demanded the state government to hold an audit of its 2020 election results.

The GOP-controlled Cheboygan County Board of Commissioners voted 4-3 on Tuesday to give a letter requesting a recount and review of whether an "unauthorized computer" planned the tallies, according to the Detroit News.

The letter will be sent to Jonathan Brater, the state elections director named to the job in 2019 by Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson. A spokesperson for Benson told the Washington Examiner that once her office will examine the letter when it's received, the state will "respond to the commission directly."

Michigan Senate finds no evidence of fraud in 2020 election

A report from the GOP-controlled Michigan state Senate released Wednesday found no evidence of fraud in the 2020 election.

The report from the state Senate Oversight Committee affirmed that there was no evidence of fraud in the election.

“The Committee can confidently assert that it has been thorough in examination of numerous allegations of unlawful actions, improper procedures, fraud, vote theft, or any other description which would cause citizens to doubt the integrity of Michigan’s 2020 election results,” the committee wrote.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Odd statement to make since the audit called for by Rep Steve Carra hasn't even started!

It was at that point when Dems realized this wasn’t some “joke” audit, and they quickly stopped making jokes and got very serious.

BOMBSHELL: California Has 1.8M More Registered Voters Than it Should

California’s November 3, 2020 election was marred by significant voting and registration irregularities, says the Election Integrity Project® California, Inc. (EIPCa).

The non-partisan organization analyzed the state’s official voter list of February 9, 2021 and reported its findings to California’s Secretary of State Shirley Weber June 17, 2021. “This followed EIPCa reports of 2020 cross-state voting on April 30 and May 18, 2021 that the Secretary has ignored. EIPCa’s June report cites California’s election code that requires officials to provide timely answers to citizens’ questions.”

“Many in the nation are questioning the validity of the 2020 general election in their states,” EIPCa President Linda Paine said Tuesday.

Georgia Conducting Secret 2020 Election Review Over Suspicious Mail-In Ballots

After several Fulton County, Ga., poll monitors testified last year that boxes of mail-in ballots for Joe Biden looked liked they’d been run through a photocopy machine, state investigators quietly broke the seal on one suspicious box and inspected the hundreds of votes it contained for signs of fraud, RealClearInvestigations has learned exclusively.

At the same time, a key whistleblower told RCI that state investigators pressured her to recant her story about what she and other poll monitors had observed -- what they called unusually “pristine” mail-in ballots while sorting through them during last November’s hand recount.

“I felt I was under investigation,” said Suzi Voyles, a longtime Fulton County poll manager whose sworn affidavits have been used by election watchdogs to sue the county for access to the ballots in question.

Judge deciding whether to dismiss case alleging Fulton election fraud

Grasping for evidence of election fraud, lawyers for skeptical voters asked a judge Monday to keep their case alive and allow them to inspect 147,000 Fulton County absentee ballots with high-powered microscopes in the Georgia World Congress Center.

But attorneys for the county told Superior Court Judge Brian Amero he should dismiss all or part of the lawsuit because last year’s election is over, there’s no proof of fraud, and no one’s voting rights are in jeopardy.

Amero, a Henry County judge assigned to consider the Fulton case, didn’t immediately issue a ruling Monday, saying he needed time to review the issues before making a decision. Amero had previously ordered Fulton to unseal its absentee ballots but put the ballot inspection on hold while he considered motions to dismiss the case.

Mitch McConnell Slams the Democrat Election Takeover Bill: ‘Rotten Inner Workings’ of ‘Transparently Partisan’ Power Grab

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) Tuesday on the Senate floor, before voting on the Democrats’ election takeover bill, highlighted Democrats’ “transparently partisan” motives at a “power grab” from the bill’s “rotten inner workings.”

McConnell explained the Senate would “vote on whether to advance Democrats’ transparent plan to tilt every election in America permanently in their favor.” He added that “the rotten inner workings” of the Democrats’ election takeover bill have now been exposed as a partisan “power grab.”

The minority leader said passing the bill would “shatter a decades-old understanding that campaign finance laws should have a bipartisan referee and turn the Federal Election Commission into a partisan majority cudgel” that the Democrats would then “wield against their political opponents.”

Landmark voting rights bill defeated in Senate despite Democratic unity

Joe Biden suffered a significant setback on Tuesday as one of his top priorities, a set of reforms to protect voting rights and shore up American democracy, was defeated in Congress.

With Vice-president Kamala Harris presiding, a Senate procedural vote on whether to start debate on sweeping election legislation ended as expected in a 50-50 stalemate along party lines. Sixty votes had been required to overcome Republicans’ use of a procedural tool known as the filibuster, in effect killing the bill.

“Every single Senate Republican just voted against starting debate – starting debate! – on legislation to protect Americans’ voting rights,” Chuck Schumer, the Democratic majority leader, said angrily.

“Once again, the Senate Republican minority has launched a partisan blockade of a pressing issue here in the United States Senate. An issue no less fundamental than the right to vote.”

Webmaster's Commentary:

This bill would have legalized the nefarious means by which Democrats stole the 2020 election. Had this bill passed, the US would have become a single-party nation like the former USSR, or Nazi Germany.

Hans von Spakovksy: Election Audits ‘Ought to Be Conducted in Every State’

Audits of elections should be conducted in every state, Hans von Spakovsky, manager of the Heritage Foundation’s Election Law Reform Initiative and a senior legal fellow of the Meese Center for Legal and Judicial Studies, said on Tuesday’s edition of SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Daily with host Alex Marlow, author of Breaking the News: Exposing the Establishment Media’s Hidden Deals and Secret Corruption.

Marlow asked, “Do you believe that these audits that are popping up in a couple of places are productive? And do you have any hopes for what we might learn from this Arizona audit that should be wrapping up sometime this week??

Former President Donald Trump said Monday that he has not conceded the 2020 presidential race, that if the election is proven fraudulent it will be up to the public and "perhaps politicians" to decide how to respond, and that if Mike Pence had sent disputed election results back to state legislatures for review the country "might very well have a different president right now."

‘Democracy is dead’: Time-traveling Katy Perry & Orlando Bloom star in ‘cringe’ pro-Democrat political ad to conservative mockery

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom have been mocked by conservatives for a hammed-up political ad warning America that democracy will be “dead” in the future unless they support some Democrat-pushed voting bills.

Released on Thursday, the ad stars Perry and Bloom as a pair of ragtag freedom fighters living under a presumably Republican dictatorship in the year 2055. In a message beamed back to the present day, they warn that “democracy is dead” in the future, and that “the regime watches our every move.”

Graham slams ‘biggest power grab in US history’

US Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham has slammed a Democratic-backed election reform bill “the biggest power grab in the history” of the United States.

The GOP lawmaker was referring to the “For the People Act,” when he made the comments on Fox News Sunday.

"In my view, S.R. 1 is the biggest power grab in the history of the country,” the South Carolina senator said. “It mandates ballot harvesting, no voter ID. It does away with the states being able to redistrict when you have population shifts. It's just a bad idea, and it's a problem that most Republicans are not going to sign — they’re trying to fix a problem most Republicans have a different view of.”

He added that he would not endorse the compromise offered by Virginia Democratic Joe Manchin.

AZ Audit Reviewing Thousands of Ballots Where Machines Did Not Detect Vote for President, Audit Liaison Says

Ken Bennett, Senate liaison to the Maricopa County, Arizona, election audit, stated on Friday there are more than 33,000 ballots from November’s election where voters made no selection for president, or at least no votes that were detected by the voting machines.

“There were over 33,000 undervotes,” Bennett told The Western Journal. “There may be, you know, a certain number of people that didn’t want to vote for [Democrat Joe] Biden or [Republican Donald] Trump or [Libertarian Jo] Jorgensen or anyone else, so they may, in fact, be undervotes.”

‘Fraud’: Attorney claims 2020 voting systems were remotely accessed, election subverted

An attorney who alleged voter fraud after tabulation “errors” in Michigan’s Antrim County originally led to incorrect results in the 2020 presidential election now says evidence shows the voting machines were remotely accessed to perpetrate fraud; evidence which, he says, ought to decertify the results of the election.

“We have been lied to,” said Michigan attorney Matthew DePerno in a tweet June 9. “The Antrim County election management system (EMS) was REMOTELY and successfully logged into anonymously on 11/05/2020 at 5:55 PM and again on 11/17/2020 at 5:16 PM.”

“We were told there was no internet connection. We were told there was no remote access. We were told this was human error. All lies,” DePerno concluded. “This is fraud. This decertifies the Antrim County election.”

Nevada GOP Chairman Michael McDonald visited the America’s Audit in Phoenix this past week and said a similar review is needed at home in Nevada.

Georgia Secretary of State Finally Admits 2020 Election Foul Play in Atlanta

Five batches in a row of absentee ballots from Georgia's most-populous Fulton County suspiciously showed the same tally of 392 votes for Biden, 96 Trump, and 3 for Libertarian candidate Jo Jorgensen — which state officials have admitted is a statistical impossibility.

The US state of Georgia's top electoral official has acknowledged voting irregularities in the state capital — seven months after the presidential election.

Revelations this week have prompted Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to order a new audit of tens of thousands of ballots collected from drop-boxes in Fulton County — which covers 90 percent of the state capital Atlanta and whose one million inhabitants represent a tenth of the state's population.

Pennsylvania seems to be on the precipice of starting an Arizona-style scrutiny of the 2020 election.

State Sen. David Argall, who heads a committee that supervises elections, told local news outlets he favors a forensic audit of the contest that state and federal officials maintain was safe.

The Republican, under pressure by former President Donald Trump to take action, told the Capital-Star the audit is now a “very real possibility." The report explained that he is weighing subpoenas for ballot information and which jurisdictions to send them.

Sidney Powell Gives AG Garland A Harsh Warning

Attorney Sidney Powell suggested Attorney General Merrick Garland should recuse himself from any Justice Department action against Republican-backed audits of the 2020 election.

The former federal prosecutor agreed with Steve Bannon, who was chief White House strategist early in the Trump administration, when he warned Garland should keep his distance after he was picked by President Joe Biden for the role.

"I think he should be recused, yes. I found his conduct absolutely appalling," she sneered during an interview Wednesday on Bannon's War Room podcast.

Trump Wanted Supreme Court To Order New Election In Key Swing States, Emails Show

Former President Donald Trump through a lawyer and White House officials placed pressure on Department of Justice (DOJ) officials to probe the 2020 election results and wanted the Supreme Court to authorize a new election in key swing states, according to newly released emails.

Kurt Olsen, a Trump lawyer, was shown in one of the emails asking DOJ officials to connect him to then-acting Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen. Hillary Clinton, Who Called Trump An ‘Illegitimate President,’ Says Casting Doubt On Election Is ‘Doing Putin’s Work’

Hillary Clinton, who frequently cast doubt on the results of the 2016 election, says doing so regarding the 2020 presidential contest is “doing Putin’s work.”

Clinton made the unsurprising remarks in an interview on MSNBC’s ‘Morning Joe.’

“We never thought we had to worry about domestic enemies,” the former First Lady lamented. “We never thought we had to worry about people who didn’t believe in our democracy.”

“Sadly, what we’ve seen over the last four years and particularly since the election is that we have people in our own country who are doing Putin’s work,” she claimed.

Clinton suggested some lawmakers may be doing the Russian President’s bidding either wittingly or unwittingly.

Wisconsin GOP Lawmakers Visit Arizona Election Audit, Say Similar Review Needed in Their State

Two Wisconsin GOP state lawmakers said that Wisconsin should authorize a Nov. 3 election audit similar to the one that’s being conducted in Maricopa County, Arizona, after they traveled to the county to observe.

State Rep. Janel Brandtjen, a Republican who chairs the Campaigns and Elections Committee, said that a review of the election was needed due to the significant amount of private funding that was used in several major cities in Wisconsin, according to WisPolitics. However, the lawmaker said she wasn’t sure if the Wisconsin Legislative Audit Bureau has that authority.

“Listen, we need to restore integrity as we have huge numbers of individuals that have questions about a process that’s become highly politicized,” Brandtjen said of the election procedures in the state. President Joe Biden was certified as the winner during the 2020 election.

Developing: The Same Suspicious SQL Software Discovered in Michigan Dominion Voting Machines Was Just Found in Pennsylvania Dominion Voting Machines

A recent election assessment conducted in Pennsylvania’s Fulton County and published in February 2021, found the existence of the Microsoft SQL database on the Dominion Voting Machines in the county.

According to the Fulton County report, the analysts found “no valid reason” for the software to be installed on the system. They also reported that Dominion failed to fill out the appropriate forms regarding the software.

This is the same software Michigan Attorney Matthew Deperno’s expert found on the Dominion machines as was demonstrated in Michigan.

The software allows anyone with privileges to simply change values in the database directly in order to change the outcome of the election leaving no trace whatsoever. The Dominion system looks to the database for the values and uses whatever is there. It is outside of the logs or other election-related auditing record one would look for.

Arizona AG Warns Biden DOJ To Stay Out Of State’s Election Audit

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich fired off a letter to the Biden Department of Justice (DOJ) warning them that the state “will not tolerate” any effort to interfere in the ongoing Maricopa County election audit.

The Arizona state senate has been conducting a so-called audit which critics have defined as ‘partisan‘ or ‘fraudulent,’ warning that it should not be considered a legitimate effort.

Recount done for 2.1 million ballots in audit of Maricopa County election

The hand recount of 2.1 million ballots from the 2020 Maricopa County election has been completed, an Arizona Senate spokesman said Monday.

Three boxes of Braille ballots — about 50 to 60 in total — were left to be counted along with large-type, overseas military and duplicated ballots but all others had gone through the process, which began April 23.

Ken Bennett, state Senate audit liaison, has said the end of the hand count wouldn’t immediately signal a final audit report.

Resources have been shifting to a paper examination of mail ballot envelopes for signatures as counting has come to a finish.

CONFIRMED: Judge Delays Depositions from Georgia Election Workers Ruby Freeman and Her Daughter Shae Moss

Earlier this month, Gateway Pundit reported that Shaye Moss was subpoenaed in Georgia for her activities in the 2020 election in Fulton County.

Shaye Moss was famous for kicking everyone out of the room where votes were counted in Fulton County and telling observers to go home. Then Shaye and others including Ralph Jones and her mother Ruby Freeman dragged hidden boxes of ballots out from underneath tables and started running them through the machines. Ruby Freeman was caught on tape running the same stack of suspect ballots through the machines multiple times:

Shae’ mother Ruby Freeman was also subpoenaed and served papers to testify.

Last week Georgia Elections analyst Garland Favorito told TGP reporter Jordan Conradson that it was likely the new motions by the Fulton County attorneys to challenge the audit of ballots in the county would likely delay the depositions of Ruby and her daughter until after the motions are resolved.

UPDATE: Swing State Ballots Were Missing Legally Required Chain of Custody Documentation Giving Democrats Impossible and Likely Fraudulent Wins in Battleground States

Chain of custody documents are legally required for a ballot to be counted. But in the 2020 election, this documentation is missing almost everywhere.

The result is that hundreds of thousands of ballots counted in the 2020 election, likely most of them for Biden, are invalid. This issue alone makes the 2020 Election invalid.
For months and again today we’ve reported on over 300,000 missing chain of custody documents in Georgia. Notably, most if not all of these ballots are likely for Biden and Biden was given Georgia by around 12,000 votes which included these bogus ballots:

According to Pennsylvania’s election returns website, on election day President Trump won nearly two-thirds of all votes cast in the state.

The President won 2.7 million votes compared to Biden’s 1.4 million votes. The President’s votes were nearly twice as many as Joe Biden’s!

But what happened next was shocking. Pennsylvania began counting ballots by mail. There was no reporting on how many votes were outstanding at the end of election night. There was no reporting ever that we are aware of where the state announced how many votes were left to count after the election.

They just kept counting.

Judge ordered ballot audit in Georgia after discovery of ‘pristine’ pre-printed ballots that scream vote fraud

“All of them were strangely pristine,” said Voyles, who went on to say she’d not seen anything remotely similar to the phenomenon in 20 years of monitoring elections in Fulton County, which includes the majority of Atlanta. -- At least three more poll workers noticed the same thing and they, like Voyles, swore under oath and penalty of perjury they believe the ballots were fake. -- Their observations helped convince a state judge to order all 147,000 mail-in ballots cast in the county unsealed so they can be inspected, leading many to believe that literally tens of thousands of those obviously fraudulent ballots were likely ‘cast’ during the November election.

Voting Rights: It’s ‘Racist ‘ Not to Let Democrats Cheat

Why aren’t Republicans screaming from the rooftops about the Democrats’ plans to change voting rules to give themselves an advantage? -- Their sleazy election bills, HR 1, the “For the People Act,” and HR 4, the “John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act,” are intended to help Democrats win majorities in both houses of Congress, at which point they will ignore Republicans entirely, end the filibuster, and pass everything in AOC’s Dream Journal — amnesty, gun control, a wealth tax, and a rainbows and unicorns energy bill. -- So it’s kind of important for Republicans to kill these bills in the crib. It shouldn’t be hard. All they have to do is tell people what’s in them.
