Thought for the day
"I have come to the conclusion that politics is too serious a matter to be left to the politicians." -- Charles de Gaulle, French general & president
Late Monday night, CBS’ Norah O’Donnell tried to accuse Trump of lying about the FBI seizing three of his passports.
O’Donnell’s “source” and her reporting was then directly contradicted by the FBI a few hours later. The FBI seemed to be in a publicity tailspin as Trump spokesman Taylor Budowich tweeted a screenshot of an email from FBI proving three of Trump’s passports, including his active diplomatic passport, had been seized.
The email was written by a member of the FBI’s National Security Division to the Trump team admitting that “agents seized three passports belonging to President Trump, two expired and one being his active diplomatic passport.” The email went on to say the passports would be returned and “available for pickup” 2pm Tuesday.
The companies of mega-rich celebrities, including billionaires Kanye West and Jay-Z, received millions in government PPP loans – and in virtually every case the A-listers have been let off the hook for paying back the full amount.
For the first time, DailyMail.com can reveal the exact amounts that these wealthy companies got through the Payment Protection Program, which was set up for desperate businesses hit by the Covid pandemic.
In all but two of the cases we examined, the company was 'forgiven' despite the star owners being multi-millionaires. The status of the others is unknown.
The 2021 House impeachment vote of former President Donald Trump was one of the most career-wrecking votes in congressional history, as 80 percent of the pro-impeachment members will exit Congress in 2023.
With Rep. Cheney’s (R-WY) massive loss Tuesday evening in Wyoming, a mere two of the ten pro-impeachment Republicans remain in the House. Only Reps. David Valadao (R-CA) and Dan Newhouse (R-WA) remain. Newhouse hails from a safer red district, while Valadao is running for reelection in a more contested district, where Trump did not endorse anyone in the primary.
Four pro-impeachment Republicans opted to retire and not compete in a GOP primary, which includes Reps. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL), Anthony Gonzalez (R-OH), Fred Upton (R-MI), and John Katko (R-NY). Another four pro-impeachment members lost their GOP primary: Reps. Peter Meijer (R-MI), Tom Rice (R-SC), Jaime Herrera Beutler (R-WA), and Cheney.
With all pro-impeachment House primaries completed, attention will now turn to the Senate, where seven GOP senators voted to impeach Trump: Sens. Richard Burr (R-NC), Bill Cassidy (R-LA), Susan Collins (R-ME), Mitt Romney (R-UT), Ben Sasse (R-NE), Pat Toomey (R-PA), and Lisa Murkowski (R-AK). Of those seven senators, two are retiring. Only one is running for reelection this year – Murkowski.
Joe Rogan compared the hatred that the left has for Florida Gov. Ron DeSantisa to the hatred they have for former President Donald Trump in his latest podcast show.
WATER WARS are about to erupt in America, as dwindling supplies in Lake Mead and Lake Powell lead to federal intervention and legal clashes among the western states. Lake Mead and Lake Powell are drying up fast, falling to record-low levels. Their water levels now stand at approximately 25%. These lakes are fed by the Colorado River, and they are the primary source of water for seven Western states.
The federal government is in control of the Colorado River. Federal officials with the Department of Interior and the Bureau of Reclamation are pressuring the seven western states to preserve the remaining water level and prevent the lakes from becoming dead pools. The seven states have yet to reach a deal and have failed to make the necessary cuts, leading to upcoming legal showdowns and possibly a new compact.
Another set of human skeletal remains was discovered at drought-stricken Lake Mead on Monday – the fifth set of remains recovered since May and the third to be found at the lake’s Swim Beach area.
National Park Service (NPS) rangers set up a perimeter in the Swim Beach area of the Lake Mead National Recreation Area in Nevada to recover the remains after responding around 8 p.m. to a report of the grim finding, the NPS said in a statement on Tuesday.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department’s dive team assisted in the recovery. Officials said that the Clark County Medical Examiner has also been contacted.
The investigation is ongoing, and no further information will be immediately provided, the NPS said.
No one is happier about Liz Cheney’s loss in Wyoming than former President Donald Trump; Cheney was blown out by Trump-endorsed challenger Harriet Hageman who was up 32 points with 80% of the vote counted before midnight. But in her concession speech, Cheney escalated her feud with Trump.
“We must be very clear-eyed about the threat we face,” she said, repeating a previous pledge to “do whatever it takes to ensure that Donald Trump is never again anywhere near the Oval Office.”
Trump torched Cheney’s “tiny” concession speech on TRUTH Social.
“Liz Cheney’s uninspiring concession speech, in front of a ‘tiny’ crowd in the Great State of Wyoming, focused on her belief that the 2020 Presidential Election was not, despite massive and conclusive evidence to the contrary, Rigged & Stolen,” Trump wrote. “It was, and that’s not even counting the fact that many election changes, in numerous States, were not approved by State Legislatures, an absolute must. Liz Cheney is a fool who played right into the hands of those who want to destroy our Country!”
Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) admitted on Tuesday that the Inflation Reduction Act would not “immediately” reduce inflation.
o people are driving crazier on the road these days and you have to wonder if it’s because they know they know on some level that they’re being systematically exterminated. The overall level of panic out there in the world is seriously intensifying.
Those seeking answers to these and other questions about existence and belief are developing the impression that their government is definitely trying to kill them. When you ask this question to some official who might be able to answer it, you are told that this is not a question you are allowed to ask, so you are left to ponder those statistics of all those babies dying in the womb on your own.
So this epistle is about an aging writer trying to keep up with a series of shocks that have knocked the human race back in their seats — eyes wide, breathing labored, neighbors frequently dying — awaiting the next planned catastrophe that will further diminish their lives. And just when you thought I might have no more bad news to deliver . . .
But first the good news: the new radio show is going well, 22 episodes into the journey. People are listening, the numbers are good, the atmosphere on the new network — speakfreeradio.com — is positive. Everybody’s working hard, and working for nothing but the opportunity to tell the truth.
The name of my show — Kaminski Goes Ballistic — is better described as an old guy breathing hard shouting the same warnings he’s been bellowing for 20 years. These messages state that we are controlled by a foreign power sabotaging what freedom we thought we had, and we better do something about it, or we don’t have much longer to live. No exaggeration.
Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) was mocked Tuesday night for comparing herself to former President Abraham Lincoln after her blowout loss in Wyoming’s Republican primary for the state’s at-large congressional seat.
FNC's Tucker Carlson asked Tuesday night how it could be that Rep. Liz Cheney's net worth increased from $7 million to $44 million during her six years in public service as a member of Congress
Factories in China’s southwest have shut down after reservoirs used to generate hydropower ran low in a worsening drought, adding to economic strains at a time when President Xi Jinping is trying to extend his position in power.
Companies in Sichuan province – including makers of solar panels, cement and urea – closed or reduced production after they were ordered to ration power for up to five days, according to news reports Wednesday.
The winds of war are now blowing around the world. One day we will look back on these days with longing as one would look back on the gentle breezes of summer as the hurricane blows outside.
The winter season of the fourth turning is increasing with intensity as most people are fooled into believing that summer is just a few days off. When the winds become deadly and the snow begins to pile up, many will not be prepared to care for themselves. They will find themselves helpless and unprepared for this new weather system. Many will die and many more will suffer as they are cut off from the supplies and materials they depend on for normal living. They will become immobile and have little communication to tell them what to do. When the weather has them at their most vulnerable, the wolves will begin to show up at their door.
It cannot be over emphasized as to the amount of danger America is facing. We are being systematically cut off and separated from our allies and will eventually stand alone to face the fury of the hurricane that approaches. We are currently being set up to take a fall that some hope will be the end of this nation as we know it. The treason and treachery being perpetrated on this nation is a result of the mutation of the population from ants to grasshoppers. We are about to get exactly what we voted for and most people do not understand what that means.
Excess Deaths In 2021 and 2022 HERE. The insurance industry cannot go on taking these kinds of financial hits – especially when investment returns are so dismal and the market is trending down. It is the estimate of this writer that the government will step in to save the life insurance industry with subsidization of their losses (with the caveat that they have to stop publishing death statistics), or else the industry will quit paying out claims to anyone who has taken experimental medical treatments (which is what the COVID 19 vaccine is by their own admission).
Vivek Ramaswamy, the founder of anti-woke asset management firm Strive, stressed to Morning Wire Wednesday that state attorneys general should use their power to fight back against financial institutions pushing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards.

MSNBC contributor Malcolm Nance defined Republicans as an “insurgency,” comparing them to multiple terror organizations and suggesting they’d have to be fought to prevent them from “killing” their neighbors.
Nance’s explicit calls for a war against Republicans came during a recent episode of the MSNBC talk show “Zerlina,” in which he was promoting his book, “They Want to Kill Americans: The Militias, Terrorists, and Deranged Ideology of the Trump Insurgency.”
Just a normal day over at MSNBC.
He began by claiming “30% of the population of the United States” fall under the umbrella of “white extremism,” as evidenced by the events of January 6th.
“To characterize that, to understand what kind of terrorism we might be dealing with, you have to label it as white extremism because we have 30% of the population of the United States who no longer believe in the democratic norms that we established in the founding of the country,” Nance explained.
Presidents Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter both were involved in stories about having lost the nuclear codes, a 2010 report from ABC News revealed.
ABC had reported on a memoir published by Gen. Hugh Shelton, who served under Clinton as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff between 1997 and 2001, and a story about the former President having lost the codes for “months.”
“At one point during the Clinton administration the codes were actually missing for months,” Shelton wrote. “That’s a big deal — a gargantuan deal.”
