Two workers at a Samsung Electronics chip plant in South Korea have been treated for exposure to radiation.

A notice posted on Wednesday by South Korea's Nuclear Safety and Security Commission revealed that it is investigating an incident that occurred May 27 at Samsung's Giheung campus.

The notice states that two workers' fingers were exposed to radiation, leading to their hospitalization. Abnormal symptoms have been detected in the pair, but the Commission revealed their blood tests have delivered normal results and no chromosomal abnormalities have been detected.

The Nuclear Commission points out that Samsung holds a license to employ fluorescent X-rays, used to analyze semiconductor wafers.

AFP journalists report that riots broke out overnight between police and a group of 200 angry protesters outside the Israeli embassy in Mexico. The demonstrators, participating in a protest called "Urgent Action for Rafah," were denouncing the Israeli military operation in the southern Gazan city of Rafah. The unrest followed an Israeli strike on a displacement camp near Rafah that killed 45 people earlier in the week.

A US MQ–9 Reaper drone came down over Yemen on Wednesday, video footage and images circulating social media have confirmed. This marks the sixth US MQ-9 Reaper to fall into the hands of Yemen’s Ansarallah movement and Armed Forces (the Houthis).

Yemeni forces have yet to confirm whether the drone was downed or if it crashed, as video footage shows the US drone in near-perfect condition. The fourth and fifth MQ-9 Reaper drones were shot down on 17th and 21st of May. The MQ-9 Reaper is worth around $30 million.

Israel's military on Wednesday launched a fresh attack on targets deep inside Syria, which reportedly left civilian casualties, according to state media.

State sources identified that it was a neighborhood that was struck, while the anti-Assad opposition outlet Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said the Israeli strikes targeted "at least one military site... in the eastern countryside of Homs, causing plumes of smoke to rise."

Syrian government sources said the Israeli strike killed a girl and wounded ten civilians.

Israel is warning that its military operation in Gaza will continue through at least the end of the year, in an assessment which is sure to shock and anger the growing chorus of international critics and countries.

Israel’s national security adviser and top Netanyahu aide Tzachi Hanegbi stated Wednesday: "We are now in the fifth month of 2024, which means we expect another seven months of fighting to deepen our achievements and achieve our goal of destroying the military and governmental capabilities of Hamas and Islamic Jihad."

You're about to meet a group of New York University graduates with fresh degrees, likely burdened with a few hundred thousand dollars in debt unless their elite liberal parents footed the bill. Many companies are increasingly viewing woke degrees as liabilities rather than assets.

If these graduates are lucky—and don't end up as Starbucks baristas—they will have a bright and colorful future at some woke mega-corporation. There, they will be placed in non-productive managerial roles to advance destructive ESG and DEI movements.

Former President Donald Trump could face another lawsuit—his third—from columnist E. Jean Carroll over a post he made to his Truth Social account during the Memorial Day observance.

“Happy Memorial Day to All, including the Human Scum that is working so hard to destroy our Once Great Country, & to the Radical Left, Trump Hating Federal Judge in New York that presided over, get this, TWO separate trials, that awarded a woman, who I never met before (a quick handshake at a celebrity event, 25 years ago, doesn’t count!), 91 MILLION DOLLARS for ‘DEFAMATION,'” Trump wrote on Monday.

The Russian Armed Forces have attacked the Yavorovsky training ground and logistics center in the Lviv region of Ukraine. The strike was carried out by a hypersonic Kinzhal missile.

The base that was attacked is one of THREE (3) major NATO centers inside Ukraine:

At the time of the attack, instructors from NATO countries and more than 300 military personnel were at the training ground. Preliminarily,  100+  foreigners died.

Yavorovsky training ground is a key and crucial logistics hub of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which was involved in the transfer of Western armored vehicles, air defense systems and ammunition for artillery and air defense systems. It is close to the Polish border and has been used for extensive troop deployment and training.

The “Dagger” strike was carried out almost immediately after reports of the transfer of French military personnel to the Lviv region.

Elsewhere in Ukraine, the Russians made another Frenchman "leave" the country:

Right before the 2022 Midterms, Democrats managed to pass an “inflation” bill. Titled the “Inflation Reduction Act,” the bill had little to do with lowering inflation (as we’ve seen). The bill instead threw billions at environmental justice causes—not helping Americans put food on the table.

This bill gave the Environmental Protection Agency a huge injection of cash it was desperately craving. The EPA does little itself. Instead, it hands out grants to far-left, “green” groups.

Republican Sen. Shelley Moore Capito conducted an investigation on one of the grants given out by the EPA. The federal agency gave $50 million to a group called “Climate Justice Alliance.” Sounds like this group fights to protect the environment, right? Not quite.

From The Post Millennial:
US Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV) announced this week that the Environmental Protection Agency awarded a $50 million grant to Climate Justice Alliance using funds from the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), which Democrats have touted as the biggest climate bill ever. Climate Justice Alliance “engages in pro-Hamas, anti-Israel, and anti-Semitic activities,” Capito said…

“Many of us warned of the waste, fraud, and abuse. No one could have dreamed it could be this bad.”
